Brad provided outstanding plumbing in our new custom home this past year. His team provided great installation and flexibility. When issues arose with the general contractor, I was able to deal directly with Brad to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend the services of this company for all your plumbing needs!

--> Just to add: RG & Sons (Kasey-hope I spelled that correctly) came back out because there was a problem with another high water bill. Turns out the problem was the valve they'd replaced, specifically the solenoid. He came out one afternoon, determined it was a faulty valve unit, and then returned the next morning with a new valve and installed it. And, no charge as it was a warranty issue.
That's what I call integrity and standing behind your work! I highly recommend RG & Sons Plumbing.

We had an ongoing problem with a water leak that caused us much angst (and money from Tucson Water for high monthly water bills...), so on the recommendation from a NextDoor Neighbor user, I contacted RG & Sons, specifically Kasey.
I'm very, very pleased with their service. In assessing the situation, Kasey identified that it was our main irritation valve that needed replacing. Having been told that by another company, I was hesitant. However, I made it clear to Kasey that if it didn't fix the problem, he'd help me take care of it.
Also, he recommended using brass rather than the lovely plastic valves put in by the builder and original landscaper. It wasn't cheap, but it made sense.
After back and forth, and once the part came in, Kasey came and replaced it. It was not an easy job and it ended up being 20% less than Kasey had quoted me! Their work also comes with a guarantee.
Go with RG & Sons, you won't be disappointed!

It was amazing how fast they were able to schedule a time to service me today and arrive as promised. Of course they took care of the problem, but not without some difficulties of overcoming our attempts to solder some copper tubing to tees earlier this day . We thought we knew how to do it. But we were wrong- he showed how to do it right - no leaks at all. Really wonderful!

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! Called this company to repair the outdoor faucet as it was rusted and leaking. Water was turned off to the house and faucet replaced. After he left I had to call back as the toilet wasn't filling after being flushed, the sink water flow was very low, and metal shavings came out of the tub faucet when turned on. He came back and replaced the toilet parts that were blocked and replaced a part to my tub faucet. He took off the tub faucet, went outside and turned the water main on and water shot out with force hitting the shower wall and sprayed all over the window, floor, wall, vanity, mirror - I was yelling but he couldn't hear me as he was outside. Once it was turned off, I grabbed towels to soak up the water on the floor and elsewhere. I noticed the toilet tank was now leaking on the floor and mentioned it; he fixed that. While I wasn't charged the $100 or $110 for him to come back, I did have to pay for the parts that were fine before the outside faucet was replaced. I believe that had he flushed the lines by running the tub faucet, the second visit and extra cost to me could have been avoided. Thinking back it was quite comical when the water was spraying, but nothing was comical about having to pay an additional $130 something.

Scheduling was an issue but technician seems knowledgeable on AC repair, can’t validate his findings and assessment on defective motor until replacement completes. Why is my equipment warranty not covering the motor????

I need my water line replace from the water meter to my house. The had the best price and did what they told me they would do. JW (Justin ) was great. His helper Nathan was very helpful. When they were done you could not tell it was ever done. They had to tear up the concrete and you would never know it was torn up. Great job guys. I would recommend them.

Charged me 110 dollars for the hour. They were here for 5 minutes, did not fix a single issue and still charged me, do not recommend using this company. This is highway robbery and no company who follows this business model should exist.

In my last post to write a review of this company, I wrote:
Spartan Plumbing is very unethical ~ I know this firsthand. The Home Builder (big name home builder) in my parent's subdivision had Spartan fix a main water line leak at my parent's home, who are very elderly. Spartan used an totally incorrect coupling however (unbeknowndst to everyone, because they covered it up before the home builder could inspect it) and it finally failed 3 years later, which caused a MAJOR water leak to the tune of $1100! They refused to take responsibility for their error because they insisted they were protected by the State ROC, which says that after 2 years companies are protected from mistakes. What?! My poor parents, who are on a fixed income, had absolutely no recourse and were forced to pay for Spartan's mistake. Shame on such shoddy business practices ~ sad to think that my parent's were the first and won't be the last to suffer from Spartan's lack of business ethic.
Last sentence should have read:

And Spartan knows exactly what this post is all about and were very smug in their responses to both my parents and the Home Builder, because they knew they were untouchable - thanks to the State ROC.
