Update to original review: First of all, I have to say how pleased I am that I went through Rite Way. I will not remove or retract my original review, because I believe it is important not note what happened in totality. So please read fully.Yes, there were some issues that we experienced with our installation. Rite Way is not the perfect company and on occasion mistakes happen. That being said, I am very happy to say that Rite Way is the type of company that stands by their product and their service. When they make mistakes, they own it and try to remedy the mistake as quickly as possible. Rite Way’s response to every issue we have had has been quick and done within their full capabilities to repair the issue at the time.Rite Way has not only agreed to pay for any damages cause by the leakage, but they also agree to pay my medical expenses due to the initial issue.We hope that the problem is finally solved, but I have been reassured by Rite Way, that should any issues continue to happen they will continue to support us until the system operates and performs at we expected it to. My faith in Rite Way has been restored and we are so happy that we went with them.Initial ReviewInitially, Rite Way was a great company to work with. We worked with them through the Costco deal and they provided us with exactly what we wanted. The installation process went smoothly, or so we assumed. Living in Arizona, we don’t often get rain, so it took awhile for this issue to arise, but during the first major rain of the year, the return vent, which sits right under the unit, became a waterfall. So much so that I ended up slipping and fell in a pool of water, which caused me to dislocate my shoulder. After being rushed to the emergency room (with medical bills attached and physical therapy to follow), we called to have someone come repair this issue since this was just the start to the rainy season. We were able to get someone out the same day and seal the unit to the roof, which apparently was not done as part of the initial installation. Something they assured would be done.Fast forward 2 months later, we have had a number of rain storms which caused no issues of leakage. However, yet again, the rain storm tonight causes another leak for the return vent, same exact issue as before, adding additional damage to our ceiling. We called the 24/7 number provided and were told that we would be the second call of the day with no estimated time of arrival. While I understand certain things are priority, the fact that this is the SECOND TIME this has happened, after being assured both times that it was done properly should take precedence over most issues. This has been a very frustrating experience. This company seemed like they really had their stuff together, but sadly our experience has been much less than desirable. I expected better.

Absolutely the best plumbing experience ever. They are honest, pleasant, efficient, and I found it work excellent. They even clean up after themselves. Our job was major replacing all the lines Completely around our house. House built in 1980’s So you know the difficulties they ran into. They solve them all. I might add they had subcontractors for asphalt filling of a ditch, and a drywall gentleman who left immaculate workspace as well as did such an excellent job I don’t even have to paint

This is a very professional company. They came and gave a reasonable estimate for replacing our garbage disposal, then came back and did the work. The technician, Gilbert, was very courteous, answered all our questions, and gave us good tips for how to keep things working well in the future. I had an easy time scheduling with this company, both for the estimate and the repair work-- didn't need to leave a message. Someone actually answered the phones! I plan to use the company again for future plumbing needs.

RG & Sons is a great plumbing company. I interned for them during my summer off of architecture school and learned a lot about the design and implimentation of plumbing systems. My collegues were very knowledgable, professional, and hard working. We worked on large scale projects and small projects. Even though Rudy Garcia is my Uncle, his sons are my cousins, and my dad works there as well, it does not affect my review. They ran a great company and all of us workers were happy to be working on some great projects. They also serviced the house I live in and I can say they fixed the plumbing issue with great precision and treated me respectfully in my own home. Great company.

I recently did a kitchen and bathroom remodel on a forty-year old codominium.
After hiring sever plumbers, I still had leakages, no-shows, and incorrect plumbing parts.
Scott the owner of All Pro Plumbing was referred to me by Ferguson's. I told Scott what the issues were. He showed up the very next day at 8:00 a.m. on time, fixed everything, and promptly. He listened to my concerns, he was neat and clean, extremely knowledable, and very polite.

Very nice technician and very quick service! Called this morning and they were here within an hour and a half.

Had a pipe crack outside the house this morning. Called them at 0745, and got the voicemail. Check the website again and it said they're open 8am-6pm every day. So called again at 8 and 0815, but got the same voicemail. Left 2 messages asking for assistance, but no call back. Hopefully just a miscommunication problem.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!

As a Realtor, it is so important t that I have a good plumbing company to refer to my clients. I have been working with and referring Southern Arizona Plumbing for over 5 years now. They are my go-to for anything plumbing related. They give an honest opinion and complete work in a timely, professional manner.

Charged me 110 dollars for the hour. They were here for 5 minutes, did not fix a single issue and still charged me, do not recommend using this company. This is highway robbery and no company who follows this business model should exist.

They were super professional and kind. The plumber came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered! I am forever grateful to them for helping me out. Not to mention they offer fair prices compared to the other company I had hired.

Very impressed. A few days ago I had problems with my main pipes, Jason came out handled the snake like no one I've ever seen..very fast, and professional. Cleaned up the mess afterwards and will use again!
