They scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and when it was clear that my hot water heater needed to be replaced they were able to get me on the calendar for a replacement in less than 48 hours. The journeyman was very efficient, very professional and very informative. And very nice! He even thought of a few additional things that would serve me well with our house situation.

We had a huge leak under the foundation, they came out right away and made sure we had water. They re piped the whole house and answered all of my endless questions with patience. That’s what I’ve experienced with Chris and James at Plumber Kings. I hired Plumber Kings to install a new main waterline to my residence. The excavation company I used to dig the trench had worked with Chris on a prior job and commented on the good work they did. James was the main technician on the job and treated my property and conducted the work as if it was his own house. His attention to detail is outstanding and all of the work was extremely clean. James was well organized and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Scheduling was easy and communication was excellent throughout the process. Their prices were reasonable, and my overall experience was excellent. I would definitely use Plumber Kings for any future plumbing work and would recommend them without hesitation to others.

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.

Very professional plumber removed old faucet and installed a new faucet. Did work quickly, and explained the potential problems and his process. Was courteous and had good communication. He did a nice clean job and produced good results. New equipment worked fine.

I greatly appreciate Steve at Riteway! I started smelling strong odors in my new home and immediately called Riteway for a possible gas leak. Steve responded immediately to troubleshoot and repair the issue. After a gas leak was ruled out, he checked the roof and found that my vents had been nearly sealed shut by prior contractors. Steve corrected the vents, sent me pictures, and provided me with an action/communication plan to ensure the ventilation was fully corrected and safe to stay in the home. Steve has since emailed me and called me to check-in. I appreciate Steve's promptness, attention to detail, and fantastic customer service. Thank you, Steve!

I’d give a zero star if it were an option. Huge ruptured service line outside of my home. Called service line warranty company who linked me up with Presidio. Received an email from Presidio saying they’d be here between 1pm-3pm. Nobody arrived after 4pm, nobody called and no answer from Presidio. I left a message with them and still no response. Called the warranty company back who surprisingly was able to get them on the line and spoke with Eric who said he’d call me. No call received. Called back to the warranty company and had them link me with a separate company called ETCHARTS LAKESIDE PLUMBING. I didn’t even get a call from them, they just showed up in about an hour, fixed the issue in 20 minutes and I paid nothing! Presido plumbing should be your last resort after asking a potato to fix your plumbing. ETCHARTS LAKESIDE PLUMBING OVER PRESIDIO ANYDAY!!!!
