They are both professional and courteous and amazing! Also took the time to explain what needed to be done.
TWO years I have been having draining problems! Prior to affordable plumbing, I’ve had two other plumbing companies come out without any results!

My family had a large plumbing complication in our kitchen over the holiday and Gavin Buckner arrived out and not only fixed what previous people sent out couldn't fix but also fixed our bathroom which has had clogging issues for a while. Presidio was dispatched though my insurance company to repair a water leak between the meter and the house. The workers that did the repair were friendly and courteous. However, when they finished the repair they got dirt in my pipe line whereby my kitchen and laundry room did not have hot water. I was able to remove some of the dirt and pebbles from the screen on the sink faucet in my kitchen island. However, the main kitchen sink and the laundry room sink hot water have clogs and do not have easily accessible screens. Since the hot water on the island kitchen sink flows freely, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that the water is getting from the hot water heater to the kitchen and that the clog has to be in or before the faucets but after the hot water heater. Presidio fails to take responsibility and refuses to repair the clog that they caused. Further, they seldom answer their phone and never return calls left on their voice mail. Further, they told my insurance company that the clog was in my hot water heater which is not true because as previously noted the hot water runs freely to the island kitchen sink. Further yet, there was no clog before Presidio repaired my underground pipes and regardless of where the clog is, the clog is directly caused by Presidio causing dirt and pebbles to get into my water line. I now have to find a plumbing company to repair my clog and have to pay out of my own pocket. Hopefully the insurance companies are aware of this and stop using this subpar plumbing company.
