just had an entire re-pipe done on my home including whole home filtration system, new water heater, new fixtures throughout the entire property and multiple hose bibs in front and back yard. Robert and Ryan two gentlemen I have great respect for and welcome them in my home at any point. The work conducted was efficient and very clean leaving zero to no clean up. My home hasn't had water like this in the 10 years I've lived here. I owe a great gratitude to Plumber kings and the staff associated. Chris (Owner) is knowledgeable and was willing to do exactly what I had pictured in my head. If you are looking for a vendor, hands down no questions asked Plumber kings are my guys. We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

Misleading transparent pricing. On their website they list the water heaters Bradford White Natural Gas Water Heaters Supplied and Installed 40 gallon gas for $999. Ordered one for a rental and when I got my bill it was $1250.

Mentioned it and was told they added a 3/4 shut off a $12 part. Have really liked them in the past but feel like I was taken because I wasn't there for the install.

Aaron installed a whole-house water filtration system that was a bit unusual compared to other systems he had installed. He was creative, patient / low key, and cordial throughout the two day process. Just before he left, I asked if he'd be willing to look at a problem sink before departing and he did so; he just asked me to pay a bit extra, leaving it up to me to determine the amount. He's a good and fair man -- running a no-frills, old school business built on good customer service and good plumbing -- that is worth your consideration

Our company was trying to schedule them for a sewer inspection. The coordinator was not able to give me a price, so we had Ramon come to see the place. It was a 6-plex building with 6 cleanouts. Ramon charged 150$ per unit. This is a very pricy service. Usually a service like this is charged by the hour. 900$ for a 6-plex is on the higher side. This review is not about the quality of work because we decided not to work with 360 plumbing! Ramon is a very friendly person.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!

Hardly any contact from them. They showed up whenever they wanted to and when I wasn't home or available because I worked. Had to wait an extra week to get service. They also didn't show up during scheduled time nor call to reschedule.
