Best Leak Detection in Tucson AZ

Everything started out great and I was really hopeful that getting a new AC unit would be a relatively painless experience because of this company. However, I immediately started having issues with the unit. It hadn't been installed for 12 hours before it started leaking water in my house. Since the install, I have had 5 individuals out to my house to try and fix this and over a week later it is still not fixed. I am unable to get in contact with any of the management, they continuously promise to call me back and have yet to do so. They were supposed to install a new vent when the unit went in and came unprepared to do that, and I still do not have a new vent. They just keep sending different people out saying they'll put in the new vent and fix the unit. After spending this kind of money, I (the customer) should not be having to remind them to come fix my AC unit and complete the job that was promised. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but I can't get a hold of anyone to discuss this directly. Would not recommend. The only saving grace is that the unit is actually cooling my house so at least I'm not dealing with an overly hot home and a water leak, just the water leak.

7-10-2023 Kasey was at our home taking care of older home stuff. We showed him a flex line that corroded in less than a year. It was fixed in a jiffy. A year ago he put on a timed instant hot. We do not waste water while waiting for it to heat up. Only runs during peak times. Update. 6-29-2022. We have since last review used Kasey at our older home. He and his crew have modernized the plumbing. Very easy to work with. He installed a toilet that is pretty much self cleaning. Everyone should have one./// Casey was great at 2 properties. He scoped the 1 property for us.

I run a school and getting repairs done as fast as possible is critical. Mr. George Perez arrived in the morning as promised. He was also very professional and made sure I understood what was wrong and what he did to resolve the issue. He was great and I am going to call him first for any future issue.

Sergio was terrific. Knowledgeable and Pleasant, explained and showed what the problem was, and was upfront with costs and parts needed. His work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and frankly his charge was very reasonable. We were so pleased with his work anD cost that when we needed other work done, he was the first one we called. Again his work was excellent and cost reasonable. Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Not sure I can say enough about this company and its people. I had a very expensive water line break and this company DELIVERED. From the initial call I knew I had the right company on the job. Tim came out the same day to assess the situation and made arrangements for temporary water service to get us through the repair process. Tim kept me informed every step of the way while I coordinated things with my insurance company. Jake and Justin showed on time, every time and DID NOT STOP. They made sure everything was addressed with quality workmanship and made sure our landscaping was put back like nothing ever happened. Even coming out on a Sunday to finish the job. This water line break was not cheap, or fun but Southern Arizona Plumbing made it as easy as it could get. Will definitely use them again.

We detected water in our garage and side of the house coming from the hot water heater. I called Plumb Plumbing call center on a Sunday morning and the repair man was here within an hour of that call. Sadly, we will need a new hot water heater, but until then all is dry. I am grateful that Plumb Plumbing is truly are a 24/7 business and provide service in a timely manner. I must say here that I did call 3 places in all and Plumb Plumbing was the only one to get back to me even though the other 2 say they are open for emergencies. Thank you James for your efficiency and help.

If you want good service at a reasonable price call All Time Plumbing and Drains and ask for Jason! Very professional, licensed and great customer service. Jason finds the problem, analyzes it and gives you an estimate. But before he does he explains the issues and answers all your questions. Makes you feel very comfortable through the entire process. Well trained crews, polite, professional and respects the customer and the customers home. Don't hesitate to call.

I had a pipe bust from the freeze with water leaking like crazy from the roof. I called a couple of other places first and most of them were rude because of how busy they were with all the other calls with this problem. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely nice and was more than willing to come take a look at it as soon as possible. He showed up, fixed it, and gave some tips to prevent this happening again. I highly recommend Dakota Plumbing because of how prompt, clean, professional, and affordable they are!
