I have used this company on many occasions. They have always supplied professional, prompt service. Zach and George have been fantastic. We had a huge leak under the foundation, they came out right away and made sure we had water. They re piped the whole house and answered all of my endless questions with patience. We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

I called them in panic due to property's vendor being unreliable and not showing up when hot water heater failed. Luckily a friend recommended these guys, I called at 4pm and made next day appointment. Gal was great on phone, asked right questions etc... said they would see me at noon, they called to confirm that morning and were right on time. Gentleman showed up and did the R&R and was done in less than 2 hours. Cleaned up his mess, hauled old one away. Did everything for quoted price with 2 code upgrades that property required also. I hope I can convince board where we live to use them all the time for all plumbing issues and I am getting AC quote from them soon. I love people that do what they say they are going to do....

Ryan was friendly, very professional, and had a terrific positive attitude. He worked hard to figure out a problem with my toilet, did a thorough exploration of possibilities, explained his conclusions, and gave me multiple options for a solution. And he very willingly checked out an unrelated, by the way concern I had. I will definitely use Cal's Plumbing in the future, and I'll tecommend them to friends. It's a relief to have found someone trustworthy, after a few less positive experiences with some other companies.

Had a water main leaking. My neighbor had previously used Strongbuilt Plumbing for a similar problem, and highly recommended them to me. I called and got a quick response to my house. I was notified when to expect Elton Cross, and he texted me when enroute so I knew exactly when he would be there. He was very professional and courteous, and diagnosed the exact problem quickly while also checking for any other possible causes. He scheduled a service call for early the next morning.At 7:44 a.m. the next day I got a text message from Bobby Shawgo saying he was on his way and close by. A few minutes later Bobby's service truck was at my house. He was just as professional and courteous as Elton had been the day before. He made efficient use of his time, and had all the tools, equipment, and supplies on his truck to do the job. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew what was going on. Bobby also discovered a second leak in my water main, but this was on the CITY side of my water meter. He helped me contact Tucson Water dispatch so they could fix that leak (which was the City's responsibility to fix).The icing on the cake was when I got the bill. Not only did Strongbuilt give me a veteran discount, but the cost of parts and labor was over 20% less than Elton's estimate and at least $250 below quotes I had gotten from other plumbing companies.I highly recommend Strongbuilt Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I have a few other planned plumbing upgrades and repairs coming up, and Bobby was able to give me a quote for those jobs... GUARANTEED I will be using Strongbuilt for all my future plumbing work!

Extensive work on cleaning sewer, water plumbing and putting in new 4 inch cleanouts. Included concrete cutting of driveway and installation. These guys were excellent on all levels . Work, professionalism, quality, and cost effectiveness were above expectations as I have dealt with other companies on the same issues. USE Them!

I’d give a zero star if it were an option. Huge ruptured service line outside of my home. Called service line warranty company who linked me up with Presidio. Received an email from Presidio saying they’d be here between 1pm-3pm. Nobody arrived after 4pm, nobody called and no answer from Presidio. I left a message with them and still no response. Called the warranty company back who surprisingly was able to get them on the line and spoke with Eric who said he’d call me. No call received. Called back to the warranty company and had them link me with a separate company called ETCHARTS LAKESIDE PLUMBING. I didn’t even get a call from them, they just showed up in about an hour, fixed the issue in 20 minutes and I paid nothing! Presido plumbing should be your last resort after asking a potato to fix your plumbing. ETCHARTS LAKESIDE PLUMBING OVER PRESIDIO ANYDAY!!!!
