We had a clogged and backed up show drain. Of course it was a Friday at 3pm. I called our service line warranty and they were able to contact All In One Plumbing which is one of their contractors. All In One called me within an hour and had a tech out in another hour. By now it was dark. George was my tech and he was supper professional. He had a mask on for Covid precautions. He explained everything and gave us some good tips on preventative maintenance. He was able to get the line flowing and showed us in our outside cleanout what to look for. Hope we can use them again if needed!

In need of a new trash disposal, I contacted this company. Excellent service, including a visit to my home to resolve the problem. Thanks!

I received work from Hudson and Ray and it was some of the best work I have ever been provided. Ray and his team put in the furnace and , and Hudson came to finish the electrical on the job. Both were professional and helpful. I had a scare with a detector but they were quick to respond (within the hour) and assured me was fine (needed to update my detector). Hudson left in the middle of another job, and even stuck around and waited for Ray to arrive to ensure nothing was missed. They lived up to the “outrageously professional” tag line in my experience.

These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.

So may 28th I got into contact with someone who works for arico about looking at my a/c unit. he said it was old and needed to be replaced. he said he needed 500$ cash down and 6000$ made out to him to get the unit. he wrote me an invoice for all of it. after 3 weeks of constant reschedueling for an install I said im tried of waiting and want a refund. he said the refund would take 15-30 days. so 7 weeks later still didnt have my refund. was constantly getting the run around when my money was going to be ready for me. I made 4 different phone calls to the office no one cared or did anything. currently ive hired a lawyer and filed a lawsuit against the company and the installer for a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want the same thing to happen to you.

Aaron is a godsend! I recently moved into my new, old, house only to find plumbing concerns that went unnoticed by the VA inspector. I was reluctant to get a plumber, especially considering recent events, but the problems were slowly getting worse. I am SO happy that I was able to find Aaron, my new official plumber. I submitted a request for quote to Aaron, and in less than 10 minutes I heard back from him, ready to listen and help out. Aaron came out exactly when he said he would, knocked out everything on my punch list, was extremely personable, just a huge peace of mind for me. Finally, Aaron's initial quote and final adjustments were spot on reasonable and highly professional. I can't convey how refreshing it is to finally receive great, true quality service. Highly recommend Cal’s Plumbing. These guys are A+++. Highly professional, knowledgeable/skilled, hard-working, and just good people to work with.I hired Cal’s Plumbing to add a water softener and to replace all of the faucets and toilets in my 25+ year old home in Tucson. My house never had a water softener, and did not have the required water softener “loop” pre-installed. Also, all of the faucets in the house had a significant buildup of mineral deposits, and some of them didn’t work any longer. Also – the toilets in the house were builder-grade low-flow toilets designed 25+ years ago that didn’t work well.When I called Cal’s, they offered to send someone out to my house to scope out the job and provide me with written estimates. A couple of days later, Stephen Rawlins arrived and checked out what work needed to be done. I asked him to give me a multi-phase estimate in which I could have the work done in phases. I did not have the various faucets or toilets yet, plus wanted to stretch out the payments to make the upgrades easier to afford.Stephen spent about an hour inspecting the bathroom fixtures, kitchen plumbing, and figuring out what would be necessary to install a softener loop and softener in my garage. He provided me with estimates allowing me to have the job done (and to pay) in 3 phases, as work was completed. Best of all, Stephen ** EXPLAINED ** in detail everything that needed to be done, the level of difficulty of various parts of the job, and also ** EXPLAINED ** how everything would look and work when completed. In particular, Stephen discussed the various options for water softeners, and suggested several brands / systems I could research on my own to consider. He also recounted different systems that he personally had experience with and suggested I choose the one I considered best for me after researching, and that they would pick it up and charge me whatever Home Depot, Lowe’s etc. would charge. It was clear to me that this is a person who knew what he was doing, was 100% believable, and because of this confidence from speaking with Stephen, I made the decision to get started.Stephen and his colleague James Harris did a phenomenal job. They worked from 8AM to almost 10PM to get the work done by the deadline they said they’d meet on the first phase. Stephen returned to complete additional work on a second day, and I am looking forward to them completing everything once all of the parts / fixtures are in. Bottom line is that everything works PERFECTLY, looks great, and they did a great job cleaning up after they completed each part of the job.I really cannot recommend these guys enough. Many thanks for their work. The office crew at Cal’s is also great about confirming schedules/arrival times, and explaining the invoice after the work is done (thank you to Savannah and Christopher).

Dealing with RES-COM Plumbing was a dreadful experience. Initially, the original plumber who responded to the call did the work and gave us the quote was a decent man. I would enthusiastically work with him again if he were not connected with RES-COM Plumbing. Once the job was finished a new contact billing person started contacting me. That is when the problems began. His first contact was to issue an unexplained bill for $992.00 when the original quote was $500.00. There was also a $75.00 holding fee my tenant had to pay to assure services. The bill arrived void of any breakdowns of costs or charges and was presented in narrative form as if he was trying to tell a story. When I contacted him to ask for explanations he became indignant. He even called my tenant numerous times seeking payment before we were able to agree on the terms. Finally, I was able to speak with the owner who agreed to lower the cost to $700.00 in addition, he would provide a 30% future discount for any future services. The decent thing to do would have been to give that discount for THIS job along with the reduction. He surely knew I would never use them again to ask for that discount, which means he would never honor it. Decency was not a consideration. The biggest problem I have is with the billing colleague who harassed me and my tenant for the better part of a week and the way he/they presented an invoice void of costs and charges. The hostile manner in which the billing person communicated with me also shocked me to the point of disbelief. To be fair to the original plumber, he did a fine job and it was a joy to work with him. My issue is with the hatchet billing man & to a lesser degree, the owner for harassing us for payment - even blaming us for the added arbitrary costs. The bill was fully paid within nine days. It was a horrible week and a half of harassment. I have never witnessed such unprofessional and despicable behavior from a company whose sole job is to provide an honest service. They are far from honest from what I experienced and could never in good conscious recommend RES-COM Plumbing.

We were having plumbing issues so we called our warranty company to have a plumber sent out. The warranty company told us to expect a call from the service provider to schedule an appointment within 4 hrs. The next morning we received a call 15 minutes before the Presidio Plumbing guy was to arrive at the house! Good thing we were home!

Once Roy got there he diagnosed the issue telling us that the main line was backed up. However because the house was built in the early 60's it didn't have a clean out Valve and wasn't up to code, same thing another person mentioned in their review. He said once he could get a second worker he would come to the house and unclog the main line from the roof and then work up an estimate to install a clean out valve to bring the house up to code.

3 days later, we still have had no one come out to fix the issue of the main line. No contact has been made, and the warranty company can't even get them to answer the phone!!! So here we are having 2 elderly, one handicapped, living in a house where they can't take a shower, wash clothes, use the sink, or flush a toilet for fear that the line will back up!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Thankfully our warranty company saw the need and referred us to someone more capable. I'm not sure how this company is in business with such poor practices, but if you get the chance steer clear of this company!
