Ayden H. did a furnace annual building inspection for us and was thorough, polite and polite. He was on time as well. He corrected the things that needed to be replaced such as the filter and humidifier pads (as well as cleaned the humidifier) in a timely and efficient manner and cleaned up the space well afterwards. He also educated and installed an air purification system and dynamic filters on both of our units, which we have been delighted with. We’ve used the company numerous times and always have a great experience! Highly recommend!

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.

So may 28th I got into contact with someone who works for arico about looking at my a/c unit. he said it was old and needed to be replaced. he said he needed 500$ cash down and 6000$ made out to him to get the unit. he wrote me an invoice for all of it. after 3 weeks of constant reschedueling for an install I said im tried of waiting and want a refund. he said the refund would take 15-30 days. so 7 weeks later still didnt have my refund. was constantly getting the run around when my money was going to be ready for me. I made 4 different phone calls to the office no one cared or did anything. currently ive hired a lawyer and filed a lawsuit against the company and the installer for a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want the same thing to happen to you.

Aaron was on time and professional. He explained why the repair might cost more of certain things happened and what the ideal situation would be. He began the repair and everything went easily so he wound up charging me half of the original estimated cost. I was impressed. I would definitely use him and recommend him to others.

We hired Rite Way to review and fix items identified by our home inspector after moving into our new home. Shane performed the plumbing tasks including removal and replacement of our hot water heater while Julio addressed the list of electrical issues. Presidio was dispatched though my insurance company to repair a water leak between the meter and the house. The workers that did the repair were friendly and courteous. However, when they finished the repair they got dirt in my pipe line whereby my kitchen and laundry room did not have hot water. I was able to remove some of the dirt and pebbles from the screen on the sink faucet in my kitchen island. However, the main kitchen sink and the laundry room sink hot water have clogs and do not have easily accessible screens. Since the hot water on the island kitchen sink flows freely, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that the water is getting from the hot water heater to the kitchen and that the clog has to be in or before the faucets but after the hot water heater. Presidio fails to take responsibility and refuses to repair the clog that they caused. Further, they seldom answer their phone and never return calls left on their voice mail. Further, they told my insurance company that the clog was in my hot water heater which is not true because as previously noted the hot water runs freely to the island kitchen sink. Further yet, there was no clog before Presidio repaired my underground pipes and regardless of where the clog is, the clog is directly caused by Presidio causing dirt and pebbles to get into my water line. I now have to find a plumbing company to repair my clog and have to pay out of my own pocket. Hopefully the insurance companies are aware of this and stop using this subpar plumbing company.
