Had a great experience having my new green fusion water softener/filter system installed (4ft level on right side for scale). Joe was very courteous and professional. He made sure to ask me about the placement of the system inside the garage, as well as the placement of the drain for the system outside, and answered all my questions about operating the system.

(the holes in the sheetrock are from me unsuccessfully removing nails, not from the water softener install, lol).

I've had Plumber of Tucson install a new water service line before as well, and that work was done well and saved me from getting ripped-off by a couple other companies that provided me much more expensive quotes. I definitely recommend them.

I called on Monday but they returned my call late Monday and they said a repairman would call Tuesday. Repair guy called Tuesday morning and stated he might be in Vail later i the day. He never came by or called. Wednesday morning I called again....he did not pick up or return my call. Business for them must be so good that they can blow potential customers off. They were pleasant on the phone though

I would NEVER use this company, ever. Their employee, Michael, stood in our home and explained a problem with the shower valve. Then, when he got on the phone with our warranty company, stated to them there was no problem at all! They are liars and cheats. Don't use!!!!

I was at work, but my father met him at my house, nothing but awsome professionalism and very on point with his knowledge.. Checked in when he was complete.. Just a phone call and he explained everything to the tee.. he did a great job for sure.. Great prices and very reliable!!!
