Excellent service throughout. Adam conducted the initial inspection of my HVAC system. Upon completion, he provided a step by step description of what he had found and recommendations for correcting the discrepancies with no hard sell or pressure, just the facts. Rather than repair the 14 year old HVAC, I decided to have it replaced.Three days later, Joseph and JT came out to install the new HVAC. They arrived on time, provided a blow by blow description of what they were going to do, laid out drop clothes to protect the area, and commenced work. Upon completion, they provided a detailed description of how the system worked, making sure that I knew how to operate it before they left.A painless experience from start to finish and the price of the new HVAC system was extremely reasonable!* * * * * * * * * *This is a continuation of the above review, written in May of 2019, when Strongbuilt installed a new HVAC system in my home. In November of 2019, Laura contacted me as a part of PandaCare to schedule an appointment for a Tech to come out and inspect the furnace. My schedule was tight, and Laura cheerfully worked with me until we found a mutually agreeable date and time. Not only did the Tech, Michael, conduct the inspection (no issues found) but afterwards discussed the system with me and provided maintenance tips for me to follow to help maintain and improve system efficiency. Strongbuilt Plumbing and Air staff are among the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years. If it were possible to give them more than five stars, I would do so without hesitation!!

Professional Plumbing removed a clog in my sewer line and charged me double what they quoted me it would cost. I was advised they needed to use a water system to remove the clog as the snake could not do the job. It thus cost me approximately $300 for the one hour the plumber was on my premises. That's a bit much. Having said that, they did open up the line.

RG & Sons is a great plumbing company. I interned for them during my summer off of architecture school and learned a lot about the design and implimentation of plumbing systems. My collegues were very knowledgable, professional, and hard working. We worked on large scale projects and small projects. Even though Rudy Garcia is my Uncle, his sons are my cousins, and my dad works there as well, it does not affect my review. They ran a great company and all of us workers were happy to be working on some great projects. They also serviced the house I live in and I can say they fixed the plumbing issue with great precision and treated me respectfully in my own home. Great company.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Plumb Plumbing was able to schedule service to repair a leaking shower even before our schedule allowed! James telephoned 20 minutes before his service call for which he arrived promptly. He methodically went about diagnosing the problem, clearly explaining each step he took for my understanding. James was professional and friendly throughout his repair work. Truth be told, I couldn’t recommend Plumb Plumbing more highly!

I have lived in Tucson for years and used many different plumbers over that time. Anthony did a great job, was on time, quarantined his work for three years, worked quickly, and I will use him for other projects at a rental and at our home. Thanks, Anthony!

I had a great experience with Whitton, specifically Joe. He was friendly and fast, fixing our water filtering system and walking me through the steps to do it myself next time! I was charged just the minimum and got more than I expected. Thanks a bunch~

1. Our company always requires a signature with the set amount of the job price before the job is started
----- That didn't happen -- no set amount of the estimate was given. Please see attached proof.

2. I understand your wife was at the job site and was given the written estimate and ....... The price charged for the job was the same amount on the written estimate.

----- Lie. No amount was provided in the written estimate. Please see attached proof. My wife shouldn't have signed without $ amount being provided . That's a lesson learned.

---- Before I post this I did call back twice on Aug 9 and Aug 14 asking to talk to the owner to respond. Secretary said she would pass the number and message. But no one called me back.
