Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Tucson AZ

This was my second job for Aaron. I had a defective Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). Additionally, I wanted my two water heaters flushed and drained. Aaron picked up the PRV, replaced it and adjusted it flawlessly. Something I very much appreciate is that he overlapped draining and flushing the water heaters while working on the PRV. I am totally satisfied with his work ! He is also very courteous and a very friendly person. I highly recommend him and Quality Plumbing Pros !

Mitch was both professional and friendly, taking the time to answer questions and making sure everything was in working order before he left. Roto-Rooter did a great job getting my home's main sewer line unplugged. With family visiting I woke up Saturday morning to a plugged up sewer line. Called Roto folks and Eddie was at my house on far NE Tucson in 2 hours . He had us unplugged and going again in 30min. Thank You Eddie .

I had a toilet that just kept running even with water supply turned off. Called around to get it fixed.
I was hesitant to use plumbing 360 because of the fee to come look but I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. He came out same day I called, arrived on time, he was courteous, professional and quick. From time I called to job complete maybe 5 hours. Will definitely call again.

Sergio from On The Way Plumbing is the most responsive and reasonable plumber in Tucson. He has installed my water softener, RO system, new shower, and toilets on the house I bought a year ago. He is polite, fast and provides quality service.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!

I can't say enough about this locally owned business. The owner and his team spent so much time and energy on what I'm sure was a small project for them (but a big one for me). I truly appreciate their expertise, professionalism, and the careful cleaning and partial replacement of my 1920s sewer pipes, buried in a neighbor' yard. They truly earned a loyal customer, and I'm whole-heartedly recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Did a great job and was very friendly! Did a great job sharing what was being fixed, where the shut off valve was located incase I ever needed to locate it in the future and general information that would be important to know. Would recommend!

1. Our company always requires a signature with the set amount of the job price before the job is started
----- That didn't happen -- no set amount of the estimate was given. Please see attached proof.

2. I understand your wife was at the job site and was given the written estimate and ....... The price charged for the job was the same amount on the written estimate.

----- Lie. No amount was provided in the written estimate. Please see attached proof. My wife shouldn't have signed without $ amount being provided . That's a lesson learned.

3. We value all of our customers and would like to resolve this experience that has you feeling unhappy with our service. You may contact our office and ask for any manager at any time, we are a 24/7 company.

---- Before I post this I did call back twice on Aug 9 and Aug 14 asking to talk to the owner to respond. Secretary said she would pass the number and message. But no one called me back.
