I found Derek and his team to be very punctual with great quality work. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem with my drain in a timely manner! The price was fair and I would recommend him to others for any plumbing needs. I will be using his service again should the need arise!

After 4 days of searching and calling Plumbing companies, I became discouraged and gave up. The next day water started bubbling in the bathroom and immediately, I knew I had to search again. I was referred to Anji (a name I was not familiar with} and decided to give them a try. In minutes I received a call from Plumber Kings and spoke to Chris. He took the time to listen to the problem I was having and explained the benefits he offered to his customers. After I confirmed for him to do the work, Chris sent his Assistant Robert to access the problem. Robert was courteous and gave detailed information as to how the work was going to be done. Had a water heater installed Feb2022. Now August 2022 one of the soulder joints failed causing a leak. Called them and was told it's $120 to fix their own shotty work. If this was something that happend a few years out i wouldnt say anything and pay to fix the issue but were 6 months out guys and thats absolutely unacceptable. I don't advocate for anyone to avoid them based on what i say but please understand if you use them you will be putting your homes plumbing integrity into the hands of a company that won't honor or guarantee their own work even 6 months out. To be honest I can recall the installation tech telling me they cover their work for life but I don't have anything in writing to back that up. Be mindful, do your research and if they verbally guarantee anything to you, you best have that in writing.

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

We have been using Joe's Platinum Plumbing for years at my place of employment. They are courteous, professional and always quick to take care of our problem. David has been wonderful in assisting us and thoroughly diagnosing and explaining the problem. I would highly recommend for both commercial and residential plumbing needs. 5 stars!

Josh came out on 4/7 and quickly took care of the problem, explaining what was going on and answered my questions.

We were having plumbing issues so we called our warranty company to have a plumber sent out. The warranty company told us to expect a call from the service provider to schedule an appointment within 4 hrs. The next morning we received a call 15 minutes before the Presidio Plumbing guy was to arrive at the house! Good thing we were home!

Once Roy got there he diagnosed the issue telling us that the main line was backed up. However because the house was built in the early 60's it didn't have a clean out Valve and wasn't up to code, same thing another person mentioned in their review. He said once he could get a second worker he would come to the house and unclog the main line from the roof and then work up an estimate to install a clean out valve to bring the house up to code.

3 days later, we still have had no one come out to fix the issue of the main line. No contact has been made, and the warranty company can't even get them to answer the phone!!! So here we are having 2 elderly, one handicapped, living in a house where they can't take a shower, wash clothes, use the sink, or flush a toilet for fear that the line will back up!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Thankfully our warranty company saw the need and referred us to someone more capable. I'm not sure how this company is in business with such poor practices, but if you get the chance steer clear of this company!
