Very professional, and their expertise is obvious. We had 6 feet of 2 PVC pipes in our yard replaced due to a leak. They investigated and found a broken pressure valve regulator. We had way too much pressure in the line. They replaced the PVR next to our water meter. Good communication, good workers. Efficient billing. We are very happy and would recommend Mountain States Plumbing.

Glenn installed a water softener system, carbon filter, and RO system in my home. This replaced a much older and cheaper model water softener. I could not be happier with the work or the price. The system is excellent and sized to accommodate my family.

I obtained several quotes for this system; I chose Sampson's plumbing for several reasons: Glenn uses a non-proprietary water softener made here in Arizona. He took the time to explain the water softener system, the brand and his reasons for using it. Glenn was happy to work around my schedule and responded to all of my calls quickly and professionally. The price of the system was very reasonable and competitive. Other quotes, for similar systems, were several thousand dollars more expensive from other plumbing companies.

As others have said, Glenn took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was happy with his work as well as the quality of the system.

I needed to have an existing water line attached to the water meter to inspect for leaks prior to completing a purchase of a parcel of land. I reached out to Plumber of Tucson for an estimate based on things I'd read about them. I was quite surprised when Josh came to the site, provided a quick estimate, which I felt was reasonable, and said he could make the connection right away. 3 hours later, just as Josh had said, we had running water to the site.

In my opinion, Plumber of Tucson and Josh went the extra mile to ensure my water line was leak-free and had the proper pressure at the end of the line. Everyone I dealt with was professional, timely, did exactly as they stated they would do and did it for a fair price. Josh was very courteous and provided A+ service/workmanship. We recently discovered that we had a leaking water pipe underneath the concrete slab of our house. Once we found where the leak was, Abacus was on site within two days to do the repair. I was amazed at how smoothly the repair went. They had the carpet up, slab cut, pipe found and repaired all in about three hours! Later that same day, the concrete contractor arrived and replaced the concrete slab over the repaired pipe. We thought this might be a longer and drawn-out ordeal but Abacus got it done in a day.

$150 for service call. He did not call before coming like we were told he would, I had stepped out for 30 minutes, my wife let him in but was busy, so I didn't get to be present as we had planned for.

He put a camera down the drain and showed my wife, and on a cell phone later to me, the build up on the sides. Explaining this was rust flaking from the sides. I was concerned about lint build up because this was a laundry drain. Truth is probably both.

Where I feel this was not good value: the only solution offered was an $800 dollar 4 hour chain grinding estimate. I rented a drill drain cleaner and solved the problem for $40 bucks and an hour of work with clean up. He had explained his concern of blocking/impacting the drain by just snaking the drain. This just doesnt figure out for me based on the small amount of material I pulled up and how quickly we cleared it.

Joe and Jacob were both very professional and did a very thorough job. They were kind and courteous and the price was more than fair. I will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to everyone!!
