Issac and Brian came on time. They were efficient and got right to work on unclogging a stubborn drain. They also unclogged a faucet at an adjacent property free of charge. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional plumbing company.

Had Williamson's out for a quote in July and our rep, John Paul was very helpful and suggested we have our old systems tested for assistance from TEP and also wait until fall for some other rebates. We did that and with the testing we found we were qualified for the TEP rebate. While Williamson's was not the lowest bid we saw they were the most helpful so we decided to go with them. They installed two new units including gas heater in October. It took 4 days and the installers were great, did a nice neat install and cleaned up really well. About a week later they sent Walter out to check the system and he tweaked some of the things the installers had done and explained everything we needed to know about the system. Great service and follow up with a year customer service wellness plan. I recommend Williamson's very highly!!

4 appointments were made over several days. 3 were canceled by Tony and the 4th he wanted to reschedule later in the day. He made be a good plumber and there may have been valid reasons, but people have better things to do then to wait for contractors.

Jake and Chris came out right away for the estimate. We set up a time for the next day to do the work. They were on time, professional, and got it done right.

We called Glenn because we needed a new water softener as our old Culligan broke and the cost to replace it with Culligan was astronomical. Glenn had a great product and also suggested we might want a charcoal filter based upon our complaints about the taste of the water. Within 3 days he was here to install them. They did a great job, were personable and courteous, cleaned up and hauled away the dead equipment, and it looks like we are set for years to come. One thing we appreciated was the communication. All calls were returned promptly by Glenn himself. He was here to do the work, and when his schedule went awry on installation day due to another customer's water emergency he called us to let us know we'd be getting the install a little later in the day. We prefer to help out local businesses that do a great job and we would use Sampson again.

Tuhavi installed our sink in 3/2017 and since we have had only luke warm water and no truly cold water despite try to adjust the water hearter.
We just dealt with it and finally called Tuhavi to have it checked out. They had this contractor come out.

They did not arrive on time or call with notice. I had to call Al who had to call his staff multiple times to figure out what was going on. Once they came they said there was a leak which was the source of our lack of hot water and needed to order a cartridge part and would finish the work the next day. The next day they did not call us until I again called Al at 3pm and found out they were finishing a job and we were next. They then said it was a broken faucet and needed to be replaced. We now have no water pressure and still no hot water. The faucet is not leaking either.

Terrible communication, follow-up, and work. STAY AWAY.

I would definitely recommend Plumber of Tucson. They replaced the poly pipes and water heater, and installed my glorious new kitchen sink. The team was professional and courteous at all times. They also coordinated all necessary drywall work with another contractor which was super helpful.

I will not comment on this person marco who runs this company, instead I will tell you to read his comments on all the people who have complained about his plumbing. He appears to be a nasty person, unless of course he has since deleted them.

I hired him for a big job which should have taken 3 days, instead it took 9. Before the job was finished I went and looked at the property and it looked as if a bomb went off in it. Plaster and waste everywhere. I was furious and wrote to him, and quickly it was cleaned up.

Eventually they finished. I hired another plumber who I would trust with my life to change a faucet and they told me there were old, non regulation parts in the plumbing which should have been fixed, and they were leaking. Marco offered to come and fix it, but after my experience with him I did not want him in any property in which I am involved. I had the problems fixed for a bit over two thousand dollars. I will not Ever hire affordable plumbing again and I hold them in disdain. You make your own decisions about who you want to hire, do the research and make your choices. And I suspect Marco will claim that I never hired him and that he doesn't know who I am, but ask yourself this. Why would I write this review out of thin air?

Contacted Mr. Rooter for a water leak to my water heater pipe.Jake called and said he would be arriving shortly. Jake arrived and took a look at the leak and immediately went to work on the problem. Jake explained what the problem was and showed us where the leak was at. Jake was friendly and professional. Very satisfied with his work. Will ask forJake in the future.
