I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

He described the order and scope of the 4 items we needed fixed. Twice there was an opportunity to charge more and twice Ron and Chris came up with cost effective options. The plumber arrived in and restored an problem with the shower in a new house, which wasn’t a straightforward fix. He was able to figure out the best way to do it, and then assessed a separate issue (house did not have a pressure release valve on the main water in) and addressed it.

Excellent, fast work! Did a re-pipe of the entire house. Best price for the work. Quick and did a great clean-up! Highly recommend!!!

Never used Elite Rooter before but glad I did! Technician Brian was very polite, helpful and figured/fixed the problem quickly. Price was very fair!! Definitely use then again.

Professional people and excellent service

On 10-28-21 my shower and bathroom sink was repaired with quality services from Issac and his crew. I had a nonstop dripping faucet in my tub which was the original from the house. We were able to connect thru texts a pictures to prepare and plan diligently for the work to be completed in a very timely manner. Issac was very thorough to inspect and view all possible steps in order to keep costs low and give quality work. In addition, he gave out labor resources to connect as needed for drywall with Miguel . The crew was very respectful and open to any questions for the services needed at hand. I highly recommend Rattlesnake Drain Company to a friend or relative. I have always utilized their services over the years.
