Had issues with our home's plumbing, nothing was draining and everything was at a standstill. Professional Plumbing came out within a day of calling and they showed great customer service & workmanship. Their technician Tyler did a great job explaining what he was doing and gave tips for any future issues. Would use again!

I recently did a kitchen and bathroom remodel on a forty-year old codominium.
After hiring sever plumbers, I still had leakages, no-shows, and incorrect plumbing parts.
Scott the owner of All Pro Plumbing was referred to me by Ferguson's. I told Scott what the issues were. He showed up the very next day at 8:00 a.m. on time, fixed everything, and promptly. He listened to my concerns, he was neat and clean, extremely knowledable, and very polite.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an AC company. We have had 4 visits. 2 no shows, over $2000 and no change in our AC functionality. The first person to come informed us there was a leak. Put in the liquid to find the leak and left. Two weeks later comes back and says he doesn't have the right tool and would come back the next day. No show. We called the company multiple times with no response. After 3 weeks (In Tucson Summer highs around 115°) we finally get ahold of manager who says the issue was that our technician was no longer with the company. So the company forgot about us. They sent another person who said there was no leak, it just needed to be cleaned. He cleaned it and charged us (Again) It was still reading high so we called again got an appointment, and it was another no show. A few weeks later and our thermostat is still reading at 95°.This company is a cheat. They do not return calls, follow through, or care about you as a paying customer, or a human being that should have to suffer in 100° weather. They have offered no apologies. And the current call to the manager was met with We will call you back. No return call has been made.Don't waste your money or time with this worthless company.
