We feel fortunate to have had All In Plumbing at our house today to fix a leak that had sprung from an outside line. We called our service line warranty company and were told that we would have someone out to our house today or tomorrow. All in Plumbing arrived at our house within two hours. Before they even arrived, we were made to feel at ease by an email notification that they were on their way (much like a package notification). When the guys arrived, (Robert Pizano and Jorge Tellez) they were very courteous, professional and efficient at resolving the problem. Within a few hours, our outside plumbing water leak was fixed. They cleaned up and left the area the way they found it. We are so pleased with their work ethic. We hope the next time we have an issue, the company will send them. My repairman was Cristian. He contacted to tell me he was running late, which I much appreciated. When he arrived, he was courteous and well-spoken. After he finished cleaning out my sewer line, he raked back the mulch that covered the access and put the rake back in my garage. It was nearly 9:00 at night! I was very impressed with his patience in talking about my problem and very happy with this experience!

About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.
