Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Tucson AZ

Travis came to my house and took care of my kitchen plumbing. Very professional and affordable. Everyone else was charging x2 the amount. Even went up on the roof to check all the vents.

We had a clogged kitchen drain due to a broken garbage disposal. The worker who came out did a great job. He removed the old disposal and installed a new one. He left the worksite clean. He was pleasant and professional. When I needed to modify his time of arrival he worked with me to accomodate my needs. All of this for a reasonable price which he quoted at the commencement of the job. All in all an A+.

Wonderful experience considering the unfortunate problem for me. These guys made it much better than it could have been. Gave is a really good professional!

The plumber who attended my premises was very punctual, efficient and knowledgeable. He recognized the problem and fixed it very quickly and left the place tidy. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on three projects I wanted addressed. No one showed up. No one called. I called the company, the receptionist said she would contact the tech and give up to a 30-minute window for a reply. At 45 minutes I called again, the receptionist said she had called the tech and would alert management. That evening the owner, Derek, called and left a message apologizing and saying he would come and provide me with the estimates. I rescheduled providing a 2 1/2 window (9:30 - 12). At 11:59 the receptionist called and said the tech would require 20 to 30 minutes more. It is hard for me to believe that the tech was unaware earlier in the project that more time was required. As this appointment was to redeem themselves and the owner said he would be the one coming to provide the estimate and neither were true--I canceled. From my two experiences they do not honor their word, do not communicate effectively and do not respect their client's time (at least the 5 hours and 15 minutes in two attempts that I provided).

Having used this local plumber for over a year, I can confidently say that I am pleased with their service. They are prompt, courteous, and dependable, and their rates are hard to beat. If you need any kind of plumbing work done, they are the ones I would recommend.

Tim and Zhi showed up within an hour of me calling the company. Both men were honest and incredibly helpful. We are thankful we contacted this company and for the work these 2 gentlemen provided.

About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.
