Had a good interaction with Aaron one time before so when it came time to have a leak in my shower plumbing repaired I called him first. He replaced the ploy pipes with pex for a reasonable price and made sure the tub overflow was fitted properly too. I would highly recommend his services. It's good to see people who take pride in their work.

I'm so pleased with my experience with Cal's. Lenard explained exactly what he was doing and took the time to show me as well. As a single Mother who knows nothing about plumbing, I appreciate people taking the time to do that.He was able to get out right away and fix everything so we can use our shower and toilet for the weekend! He was so friendly and I definitely feel like I now have an honest, great plumber I trust, will use again and will absolutely recommend to friends and family! Honest, dependable, professional, and overall awesome!!!!! We were planning on expensive repair but after estimate, they advised us to do nothing now. They checked everything out and visually inspected then said they could do work but felt unnecessary and encouraged us to call back if problem arises. Previous company gave estimate of over $8,000.. No charge for today's estimate! Felt extremely comfortable with knowledge and advice given! They have definitely gained our trust and future business !!!!!

Thanksgiving Day, I moved into my new home built in 1999, and the hot water heater (original) was leaking. It passed the pre-move-in inspection then died. I'm also new to the area so didn't know who to call. I looked at reviews and reached out to 2 plumbers and left 2 messages. On The Way Plumbing Returned My Call .. On Thanksgiving Day .. A Holiday! They fit me into the schedule early the next morning, identified the problem, identified other issues with the 20 year old plumbing, attended to my request for a whole-house water purifier, removed the old/dead hot water heater, and Returned the very next day to complete All The Tasks. Highly Knowledgeable. They Listened to my concerns and wants. Prompt, Reliable, Invested in Good Service All Around! Highly Highly Recommend.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! My air conditioner stopped and it was the hottest day in August. a friend of my neighbor had me call someone they used. Although they came in 1 half hr, they misdiagnosed the problem and (of course) recommended a new HVAC system. they replaced the capacitor, added refrigerant and told me I needed a new compressor. &250 later, it worked (for 2 days) and died again. since I just moved here, I called my realtor and she I had a warranty. I called them and they sent Desert Star. They told me (Chris) I didn't needed a capacitor, nor refrigerant, nor compressor. They replaced the coils and the unit works perfectly. Chris said I should get my money back. Being from the New York area, I laughed and said fat chance.
I called and got half. The point of this story is that Desert Star is competent, honest and professional. Chris was superb and Elise in the office is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. 10 stars from me.
