I had a plumbing emergency and called a few different place's but i was getting nowhere. I then called Ram Plumbing and spoke to Patrick. I explained my plumbing issues and frustrations so far and he was beyond caring. He was able to calm me down and assured me that everything was going to be okay. He got a tech right out to my house! Had called 2 different plumbers , one never showed the other said I would need a whole new toilet then never called us back. These people came in and replaced all the parts in our tank. The 2 men were very professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing. Good guys, good company and I will be calling them in the future. Pricing was very reasonable also.

I called 930pm the night before and got an appointment for the next day. They called me the day of to ask if someone could come earlier than scheduled and i said yes. Dominic and his assistant came within the hour and assessed the situation. Went and got the supplies in a timely fashion and came back problem solved
