We are Extremely happy with the results we get by using Day and Knight Plumbing and Drains. They are very friendly, always on time for our appointment, never rushes the job making sure it is done right and always cleans up when completed. We have used their services for replacing our major water line, repairing leaking pipes, clearing clogged drains and installing a new toilet. We needed to replace an existing leaking water line with a new water line run from the new water meter to the house. Bryant Plumbing came out to give us an estimate and responded with a very reasonable estimate within 2 days. We did get two other estimates from reputable plumbing companies but we felt most comfortable with the communication from Bryant Plumbing. Robert ( Bruce) Bryant and Ryan did an excellent job! The temperature was 116 degrees and they worked outside all day for 10 + hours. We offered them some down time to come inside and cool off but they weathered through it. Actually, I would have cancelled but Robert wanted to stick to his promise to be there to perform the job. Bryant Plumbing had the necessary equipment ( backhoe) and all parts necessary to complete the job. No trips to the supply store to buy more materials, like most companies do. They were here on time (5:00 AM) . When the job was finished, they completely dressed and finished the excavation trench. It looks like it was never touched. I am very impressed with the employees of Al Coronado Plumbing. My mother, in Tucson, had a septic tank issue this week and was in need of a plumber. They arrived quickly. After explaining the issues discovered Kevin Khamjani asked her if she had a relative for him to contact in order to explain the work that was required. He both called and texted me in Florida right away. He clearly explained her options to me and all warranty information for each option. Throughout the process Kevin kept in contact with both my mother and me. Jesus did the work. My mother repeatedly told me that Jesus is a “very, very hardworking young guy. He is an asset to the company. They were both excellent and both are very wonderful people.” She also told me that Jesus even gave her a hug when the work was completed. This action brightened her day. I strongly recommend Al Coronado Plumbing and especially Kevin and Jesus. Thank you both very much for your quick and efficient work and affordable rates.

I made sure to shop around and I'm glad I did. Not only was this family run business quick to help me replace a water heater, but they had to be the best deal in town. Not only that, I had another small issue at a later date that they came out same day and quickly diagnosed and resolved. No need to shop around anymore, these guys are good and were very friendly and informative. Thank you!

Landlord contacted them to fix tub faucet. About 3 weeks later they finally called me we set an appointment. He came and didn’t have the part, said he would be back next day. No show and no call. Called them again to reset appointment. He fixed the handle but didn’t have the diverted needed for the faucet. Said he would be back “next week”. No show, no call. Called again, he said he would be out on Thursday. No call, no show an hour after appointment time. Called him again, said he would be out Friday. Called them Friday morning to get time frame, was to be between 1 and 3. By 4:45 I was calling him AGAIN, he said he would call me back in about 20 min. Right now it has been 30 min. And no call or sign of him. This guy has no respect for others time. This is not a major repair job, it only took him 10-15 min. To replace the part he did. Shouldn’t take more than that to replace the part I’m still waiting to be replaced.

I am a recent amputee from a really bad motorcycle accident. I live in a one bedroom one bathroom with my wife and three sons that are all autistic. Brian took my call and had Gilbert come over. This company has been great we had a major issue with our plumbing and it was fixed right after the problem was diagnosed. They answer phone calls promptly and they follow up with any questions. When they say they will come they always come on time and always explain everything they need to do. Now that we own our home they will definitely be our go to plumber company. The owner is great and will help in any way possible if your home warranty or insurance isn't being helpful. The owner and all his employees have been very nice and helpful as well. We had 2 guys come and stay the whole day well into the night to get a big job done for us. I would highly recommend this company. On time and good customer service!!!!!!!
