We had Michael come to our house and help us with a major problem in our half bath! He went above and beyond to help us and answer all questions and concerns we had. He made sure the job was done right and we would for sure call him with any problems we have in the future!

My house needed a repipe. Bob Houch came out gave me a total price to do the job. After his bid i did not bother with a second bid. Abacus came out two day's later . Did a wonderful job. I can see why they are so highly rated. Thank you Bob Houch and Abacus plumbing and the crew that did the job.

Jose was amazing. Very patiently explained all of the aspects of what was happening and why. Even had a wonderful manner of not panicking us about the problems we were experiencing. Really appreciated him and his exceptional service. Jason was not as professional. Maybe he had burnt toast for breakfast. He was condescending and did not fully explain as to why we would spend $17,000.00 to upgrade our old plumbing with him. He scared us with having to use a saw on our floors to repair future problems. We will still use Mr. Rooter if needed because of Jose and the great service he displayed for us. Thank you for helping and hearing our thoughts.

SO HONEST! Chris was so kind and Professional. I call this company by accident and end up hiring them. Robert came out to ran 100 ft. snake for drain cleaner. He never tried to sell more than I needed. Told my not to worry about the what if’s!!! He even offered the camera at no extra charge. I had already scheduled the County to come out with the camera. We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.

I wish I knew the names of the two servicemen who replaced our hot water heater. I was not here and my husband didn't get their names. But, they were professional, timely, and did an excellent job. They left the warranty with the unit. Only thing I haven't yet received is our receipt, which I hope will be coming any time via email.

I rent an older house and ever since moving in, the kitchen sink had a terrible leak and when you would turn off the water it would spray out of the bottom of the handle. I contacted them and they quickly returned my call after leaving a voicemail and someone came the next day. Zach was very friendly and worked in a timely manner, even with leaving to go get parts that we needed. Would definitely recommend.
