No matter the size of the job, Austin with ‘Essential Plumbing’ was willing and able. Quick to respond, provide detailed communication about the work necessitated followed by professional execution.

We needed to replace an existing leaking water line with a new water line run from the new water meter to the house. Bryant Plumbing came out to give us an estimate and responded with a very reasonable estimate within 2 days. We did get two other estimates from reputable plumbing companies but we felt most comfortable with the communication from Bryant Plumbing. Robert ( Bruce) Bryant and Ryan did an excellent job! The temperature was 116 degrees and they worked outside all day for 10 + hours. We offered them some down time to come inside and cool off but they weathered through it. Actually, I would have cancelled but Robert wanted to stick to his promise to be there to perform the job. Bryant Plumbing had the necessary equipment ( backhoe) and all parts necessary to complete the job. No trips to the supply store to buy more materials, like most companies do. They were here on time (5:00 AM) . When the job was finished, they completely dressed and finished the excavation trench. It looks like it was never touched. We couldn't be happier and more impressed with the dedication of Bryant Plumbing and we are very thankful for our new water service! Thank you, Bryant Plumbing! Kevin and Beverly Mulkins, Tucson, AZ

Without a doubt, a great experience during a chaotic time. Sewer line backed up by surprise and caught the family off guard. Called other plumbing services that gave me significant wait times or didn't even bother to answer. Coronado Plumbing was responsive, courteous and professional from the start. On a late afternoon they were able to get someone out to my home.Our plumbing technician, Marty, was an absolute professional through and through. He was able to accurately assess the problem and get working on it while keeping us updated as things progressed. Will definitely call again for any plumbing issues!

Fantastic plumbing company that is ran by a Dad and his two sons. Honest guys who come out and do the job right and stand by what they do. Also, not like the big companies in Tucson who charge a service call and charge a ton of money. Hester gives an honest estimate over the phone that might change a bit after getting here depending if they have to use materials off their truck or other factors they could not see over the phone, but hands down an awesome ran family plumbing business that does the work for an honest price. It makes me feel good to give these guys the business because they are small and do things the right way and I highly recommend them.

I have had Swanson's Plumbing do work for me previously and have been more than pleased with their work. I have also referred Tim to friends who also thought the work was done in a timely, professional, cost effective manner and would use Swanson's again in a heartbeat. I had quite a leak at my water meter this morning. I called requesting service - Tim was going to be driving by my house on his way to a big job so he stopped on his way by (this was at 6:35 AM)and repaired my leak. He charged parts and labor but no emergency fee. I highly suggest calling Swanson's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Used Dunn Plumbing for washer and dryer plumbing pipes that were broken. They were friendly, fast, knowledgeable, skilled and fixed my problem in first visit. I’m in the Tucson area but would recommend to folks in Phoenix or anywhere in Arizona.

Be very careful with this company. I had contacted my home warranty company because of a clogged drain between my bathrooms that was preventing us from using our showers and toilets and they told me they would send their contractor out to perform the work and we would pay $65 when we were done.

The contractor sent a technician who responded when I answered the door by saying, Did you call? I need to collect the $65 before I do anything. That was a red flag to me as I just had another company out to unclog another, separate drain a week before and waited until the job was completely done before I paid the $65. I informed this technician and initially protested but dropped in when I stood my ground. He kept asking me the same questions over and over again, such as Is there a clean out?, which I told him four times not that I could find, and loudly complained when I told him the other guy had to clear the drain by going on the roof. He loudly complained about it and asked how he was able to even do it. I explained he took his equipment apart carried it up and put it back together. He asked to use my ladder (which was and is buried in the back of my garage) and when I told him no and asked why he couldn't use the ladder on top of his truck he said he just thought it would be easier to use mine. I told him no and he grumbled and retrieved his ladder.

Two hours later he ultimately failed to unblock the drain and told me that he would have to call his boss (the owner) to come over and they would charge me an additional $325. That price seemed really high and once his boss arrived I brought it up and his boss loudly complained about the liability of going on our roof, paying for two people, etc... and attempted to shame me by saying, So you don't want to me pay my employees? and threatened to leave. I told him to set up while I made a phone call, and called his competitor. Without telling them the situation I asked them for a price to perform the same service that same day and they told me they would do it for $209 since it was after hours (normally $189). The owner at this time came back in and said that he would do me a favor and knock the price down to $300. I told him I no longer needed his services and he could leave my property. His competitor (Drain Masters LLC) came, cleared the clog, and charge the $209 as promised.

Long story short, be very wary of these guys. The owner obviously thought he had me over a metaphorical barrel and could take advantage of my situation to rip me off. Unfortunately, they do seem to have the contract to perform a lot of these services for home warranty companies, but if you have a choice or if you exceed what the warranty covers do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Oscar arrived on time and he was professional, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. His quote was reasonable and accurate. I would definitely recommend the company and Oscar.

We were extremely satisfied with the professionalism & outstanding service provided by Dave. We will certainly request him for future service.

The two guys were wonderful! My husband is sick in the hospital and they even helped me put items in my truck when they saw me struggling. They are an asset to your company.
