Best Repair Work in Tucson AZ

I had Kenneth today and he did an absolutely amazing job. The end product look like something out of an advertisement photo; very clean and detail oriented work. I am a repeat customer and will keep coming back when needed!

I tried posting and not sure what happened so doing it again. Did not want the review to be lost.Nick Zimmerman was our technician today. We will want to have him in the future. He was very professional and informative. He provided additional education on our system and was very personable. (We firmly believe our dogs are an excellent judge of character and we trust their instincts. They fell in love with him and they don’t often do that.) All Pro Rooter and Plumbing was fantastic yesterday. On a Saturday in the middle of the day David, their tech on call came out to my house in between jobs and saved me. We had main drain line clog and I couldn’t last much longer without my kids being able to use the toilet or showers. He was very professional and was able to clear my whole drain line in less than 30 minutes. Again fantastic family owned business!

The company, as with most larger companies, doesn't have a system in place for good communication. Normally, i'd review less well for that, but the tech that came out - Shane - was helpful, professional and came as a relief at the end of a hot day instead of an extra frustration on top of a problematic AC system.

Had issue with shower , called and they were there within hour. evaluated problem no repair required and did not charge for visit . Very polite workers would highly recommend.
