Called mid afternoon with a leaking water heater. Tyson called and came before the appointment time. Water heater had been replaced 4 years earlier. After checking it out, Tyson told me that the heater should not have failed and called Andrew. They worked with the manufacturer to replace the heater under warranty. Tyson brought a new replacement the next morning and installed. He explained to me the reason it probably failed and the best way to prevent problems in the future. While they could have added extra charges, they were looking out for the customer. I had used Al Coronado Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so, and would be happy to have Tyson do the job.

I have had Hester plumbing install a dishwasher, toilet and a water softener. They came out today to help me with a filter on my water softener. Take it from me, they are the best in Tucson!!!!

Mark came out and thoroughly inspected not just the area I pointed out, but he identified the larger cause of the problem I called about. He made all of his findings clear and I was able to provide them to the plumber who was able to fix them. On top of doing the exact thing I needed done, Mark was friendly, professional, and showed up exactly when he said he would. I highly recommend American Leak Detection!

Repaired outside shut off valve Joe did a excellent job. Very Professional, On time, did quality work and prices were of Great highly recommend them and if I needed them again this is who I will call!

Called them to come out to my house and they came out for free! Some other company was going to charge me a drive fee. As they got here they were in and out in 30min. My tub was plugged up and the price was perfect.

Karter came within an hour and resolved a plumbing clog quickly and successfully. Another company came out the day before and left without clearing the pipes, leaving us with no bathroom or kitchen use. I wish we had called Silverado first. They would have saved us a lot of money and inconvenience. We highly recommend Karter and Silverado!

The water pipe from the house to the street burst. The two technicians, Phil and Jeff, did a fantastic job to repair the leak. The repair was estimated to take 2 days to complete, but because of the extreme heat, the men remained on the job after hours to complete the job in one day.Once the work was completed there was not a single indication that any of the digging had occurred, The work site was left immaculate. I will certainly recommend Rams to any of my friends that have plumbing needs
