Can not recommend Hydro Rooter and Plumbing enough. I live in an older home and I have a shower that drains extremely slow. I’ve tried a couple of other plumbers and the issue still persists after about a week. A friend recommended Hydro Rooter so I gave them a call, and Jake fixed the issue in no time! He explained what was going on with the drain and how he used a Hydro Jetter to clear the issue. It’s been over a month and my shower drain hasn’t clogged once! I am thankful to Dillon and Steven for their professionalism and hard work. Whereas several other plumbers recommended that I pay another company to locate the leak under my home prior to having the pipes re-routed, Dillon and Steven were able to locate the leak and then re-route the pipes, saving me the additional cost and time. They also recommended a great group of affordable drywallers to help address the re-routing.

Professional was one of the few plumbing businesses that would give an estimate on the phone. It pays to call around- some estimates were up to $150 higher than Professional's. The toilet I needed installed had gotten terrible online reviews from plumbers due to being extremely difficult to install. It took Joey an hour longer than usual to wrestle that sucker into place, but he did a great job and Professional honored their original estimate.
