I hired BioRemedies to do a Video inspection on the sewer lines of the home my fiancé and I were in the process of purchasing. While this service is not part of the traditional home inspection we (and our realtor) felt that it was important to do for our peace of mind before finalizing the purchase. The company was prompt and efficient and Ken even followed up with me personally to let me know everything looked good! I highly recommend this service for new home buyers! The cost far outweighs the benefit should problems be found !

Everyone at Swanson Plumbing are excellent to work with, I called Rachel and scheduled a water heater replacement due to mine was leaking and they responded the same day. She was super polite and understanding on the phone. Tim and Adrian were both very professional and knowledgeable. There was some extra work due to the leak and they took care of everything. Had a clogged bathroom! The tub and toilet got backed up... with 4 people in the house and 1 bathroom, we needed it done ASAP. Called and they got me scheduled on the same day. They sent out Brandon, he called before arriving and finished he job :) bathroom works! Thankful for their quick response.

I own a couple of laundromats so I have used a few plumbers over the years. I would highly recommend Silverado. The work they preform is very good, and their prices are reasonable. In fact one job Silverado performed for me was considerable less than another plumbing company that does a lot of advertising in Tucson. Response time has been good also.
