My Plumber did a great job running my gas line through my backyard! Oscar, Tony, and Joe were all very friendly, responsive, and professional. They exhibited the level of knowledge and skill that you would expect to see from a professional service company. They did a wonderful job and I’ll definitely be using them again.

The onsite maintenance man couldn't clear the clog that was causing my kitchen drain to back up. The office called Silverado and they came the same day. Gilbert was great. Cleared the problem and ran the water long enough to make sure it was draining properly and checked for any drips. I wasn't really timing him, but I'm pretty sure it all took less than an hour.

Called, set appointment, stated someone will be out in an hour, hour passed, called for status, said they no longer service Tucson... Why did you take my appointment? Why did you state someone will be out in an hour? Why did I have to call back? Why does your website still show service in Tucson? Why is your listing still on Google maps? 🤬

The owner of this company is a thief in a liar claims to be Christian but can't stand behind his own beliefs and Commandments he did work at a house I own and did not own up to his warranty

I called on Monday but they returned my call late Monday and they said a repairman would call Tuesday. Repair guy called Tuesday morning and stated he might be in Vail later i the day. He never came by or called. Wednesday morning I called again....he did not pick up or return my call. Business for them must be so good that they can blow potential customers off. They were pleasant on the phone though

We had Michael come to our house and help us with a major problem in our half bath! He went above and beyond to help us and answer all questions and concerns we had. He made sure the job was done right and we would for sure call him with any problems we have in the future!

I received prompt and excellent service! All the other places I called couldn't get me on the schedule but Abacus got me in and fixed all my emergency plumbing issues at a reasonable price!

Do not recommend them for any service. They were used through home warranty company to replace a water softener and install a pressure regulator. Billed us 9.5 hours of labor to install the regulator and redo the 12 inches of pipe that went from the outside of the wall to the softener. Talked to several plumbers about the job after the fact and they said it should have been a couple hours max. My wife called multiple times for a break down of the bill and they wouldn’t send one and then quit returning her calls.

I have used this company for several years and always been responsive always been professional highly recommend I’ve used them for my house I have used them for three of my businesses has even come out on weekends when needed
