My Plumber, Joseph, was professional, accommodating, honest and a pleasure to work with. He assisted with the problem and followed up to the ensure everything was great.

My experience with Tucson Plumbing has been a very positive one. Jasper was very patient answering about a bazillion questions regarding the whole home filtration system I had installed and also was able to get the installation scheduled for a Saturday so I wouldn't have to miss work. The day before I did get a call that there was an emergency situation that would have to take priority Saturday morning and my 9am appointment would need to be moved to the afternoon which worked okay with my schedule. Dave was great - he communicated with me throughout the day - ended up having two more emergency plumbing situations crop up that he attended to before coming to me in the early evening but he came and installed the system and so far I love it!

Matthew Mattox was the technician who provided service at my home. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was committed to getting to the root of and resolving the plumbing issues in my shower.

The gentlemen Mr. Jenero Leyva, was an excellent plumping technician. All the days he worked here, he was prompt, he called me before his arrival, very courteous, and a very hard worker. I am very pleased with the job he did for us. All of the other personal involved in the task were very informative and gentlemen.

Best plumber yet! We've had a few plumbing jobs in the last 2 weeks, as well as one a few years ago - all with different plumbers. Ram Plumbing is the best of them all by far! Joseph was professional, confident in his work, efficient, and so personable and kind. He did a great job with every task, no messes or shoddy work left behind. Prices were reasonable. I like Hydro Rooter and Plumbing because Jake gave a fixed price quote, is licensed, takes credit, and explained everything clearly. He and Chris were very personable, arrived promptly, and installed a replacement garbage disposal quickly and were very neat as well.

And they told me we’re too busy we can’t come today.I’ve used them for years, this is there pay off for loyalty.No thanks. I don’t know how they stay in business if they treat customers like this.
