Second time for Pipe Doctors. Troy is very pleasant to work with and did a great job. I would call them again.

Prompt. Professional. The first employee could not figure out the leak, and he called his partner who came to assist and they fixed it together. A month later, there were still some issues. I was scheduled for the same day, and since it was under warranty the work was completed at the same time (additional work/ Pipe cleaning). Without charging anything additional.
The only thing I would recommend is that the first time they provided their services, they did not run water in the bathtub long enough to figure out there was still a blockage. If this was done, they would not have had to come out a second time.
That said, I would recommend this company.

Dwayne was very knowledgeable and professional to deal with. Quality work in a timely fashion. Had some scheduling issues; but, am more than satisfied with the overall outcome... Would hire again.

Absolutely recommend this company! The men were so professional and nice. Installed a new hot water tank, holding tank and iron filter. I've had them out before for a new well pump.

Once we reached out for them to do some plumbing, they were quick to come look at & quote the job. It took a couple days to schedule the work, but that's to be expected. Overall expediency, quality of work, and pricing was fair and customer service was excellent.

Called yesterday, set up appointment at 10 am for today, I had to move the washer and dryer to give them access to the drain..10 came and went, called them and was told tech would be calling momentarily, half hour latter, called them again, oh ya your on the list....Who has all day to be on a list waiting for them to decide to show up or not ? TOTALLY A WASTE OF MY TIME....NEVER AGAIN!!!!
