I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

Expensive, but worth it. They actually have giant power washers in their trucks so they can fully blast out your clogged pipes. We used to call Drain Doctor, but they just snake the pipes. That works for about a year until that small hole they open with the snake gets clogged again. The power washers also make for short service calls. Drain Doctor would come out for 2-3 hours while T&J only needed 45~ minutes. Even though it’s expensive, you should still tip these guys. It’s a gross, dirty job and they deserve a little extra. 🤝

These guys are great! Had a water pressure problem. They trouble shot and thought things through until they fixed the problem. Not many companies do this any more. Very reasonable pricing and professional. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We put Metamucil down the kitchen sink and it turned into concrete. Jason was relentless in cleaning out the pipes. We feared that we would have an enormous bill replacing the pipes, but he got the job done for us!

Very thankful and grateful to Fickwood Plumbing for fixing a leak in our gas line to our dryer to help keep our family safe. They even ran to menards for us and got us some dryer vent line at no charge.

The service person was kind and helpful, explained all of the information to us clearly and gave us multiple recommendations for the price of the fix we needed.

My wife called to obtain a quote on installing a pump on a point well and fix a leaking sink. Rob did not advise of a service fee to provide a quote on installing a pump for a point well or the sink. Post assessment stated it was be $110.00 and he could not find the leak and provided a quote of $6-800 for the pump install. When I called to inquire on the cost breakdown the quote adjusted to $924. I asked about the service charge and it being customary to inform of any fees in advance, as we were surprised with the $110.00 initial charge. When asked about the service, Rob became audibly angry over the phone and said he did not need to deal with this and I could find someone else. I asked to speak with the manager Mark who was standing near by and asked if it was appropriate for Rob to speak to a customer in such a manner. Mark had no issue with the response. I will not use nor recommend Howard to anyone in the area.

Great work to help us clear our sewer back up. Had some tree roots blocking it and they cleared it and explained things to us to make it an easier process. We really appreciate their assistance and professionalism.

Rob install a tankless hot water heater we had multiple plumbers say that it cannot be done he came out give us an estimate shut up the following day had it done in about four hours what a wonderful experience

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.
