Arrived first thing in the morning to remove / replace a water service. Stayed into the evening to finish and insure everything was satisfactory. Would highly recommend PIPE DOCTOR for their superior workmanship!

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

I’ve used Drain Doctor several times. Each time if felt the quote was fair. They come out quickly and work with your schedule. I even needed a plumber on Christmas Eve and they were there quickly and didn’t charge extra for their service. Today I needed my main valves replaced and brought up to code. Once the water was turned back in and they were checking the water from the faucets, and issue with the bathroom sink was found and it was fixed with no extra charge. He even went to the hardware store and bought a replacement faucet! He was patient and helpful. I will definitely use them again and refer friends and family to use them

The tech that came out was Matt and he was very professional and a great guy! I would recommend them to everyone that needs any plumbing work.

They cleaned my kitchen drain and had water flowing freely in no time. They were available the day after I caller, super friendly, gave great advice on how to keep my drains clean, and a great price.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS COMPANY! I put in a request to have my kitchen sink looked at because it was leaking. When I called the office, I spoke to one of the girls that answered the phone and she was a sweet as pie, she not only helped me out and got me on the schedule she was kind enough to listen to me complain about other companies that refused to do the work. I got a call about 2 hours later that Dave was on his way, he came out and looked at my sink and fixed the problem within 1 hour.
Like I said, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this company and will be using them in the future with all my problems!

Great service done right

The true character of a company shows, not when things go right, but when things go wrong. Workers have off days and mistakes happen, that’s understandable. What is not understandable though is the entire culture of unprofessional, unethical, and shady behavior that this company demonstrated from the top down. after many mistakes were made (which have been inspected and confirmed by a professional). Their negligent work resulted in damage to our home after the pipes that were installed were failed to be tightened and the dishwasher hose was not checked to ensure it was secure after being moved and yanked during the garbage disposal installation after replacing our sink. This negligence resulted in water damage to our brand new floor. Even after they attempted to fix the issue, it was still not correctly finished. Another plumber pointed out there was no high loop, which can cause additional issues.

Always check individual licenses before you let anyone from this company step foot in your home!

I had a leak in the connection between my heater pipe and the inlet pipe. They re-piped the whole area and it looks and works great. Plus one guy, Miles was able to do it by himself.

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.

Hired Rob fir bathroom remodeling..needed to add drains and lines..He took my money and ran ...Do not trust Rob Warner

Called Monday (12/7/2015) morning about main sewer line plugged / water backing up.. Had someone out in about 2 hours. Plumbers worked fast and got the job done.
