I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

Pipe Doctor performs any service from snaking your pipes, unclogging your drains, and even major work digging out to the street to see what is going on with any issue. They are a growing company and continue to grow everyday. Keep up the good work Pipe Doctor!!!!

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Expensive, but worth it. They actually have giant power washers in their trucks so they can fully blast out your clogged pipes. We used to call Drain Doctor, but they just snake the pipes. That works for about a year until that small hole they open with the snake gets clogged again. The power washers also make for short service calls. Drain Doctor would come out for 2-3 hours while T&J only needed 45~ minutes. Even though it’s expensive, you should still tip these guys. It’s a gross, dirty job and they deserve a little extra. 🤝

These guys are amazing Friday was my wifes birthday and we had dinner plans and of course what happen Plumbing issues we called these guys at ASAP and Dwayne and Nate come out and fixed the issue and was cleaned up and gone before my wife returned from dinner to come home with no stress is truly amazing..Thanks guys

We called Rooter Right because of a gas leak. They were the only company that got back to us in the area and they were able to send someone out the next day. Connor and Landon were absolutely great. They fixed four leaks and were very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend!

I always dread having to call for service, especially emergency service when you have sitting water. Root Wrestler came out after hours and was fair and honest. We will be using this company exclusively going forward. My only regret is not calling them first!

We had a LOT of work done by this business. The night after they came, we noticed a leak. We called the after hours service, and was told that there would be a trip charge to send someone out to look at it. I declined and told the operator I was quite disappointed, since I had JUST had work done. She relayed my comments to the business owner, who got someone out that night to fix the issue.

Today, less than a week since having the work done, a new leak has occurred in the pipes that they repaired. We called and were told they didn't have anyone they could send out until tomorrow morning, so now we are going to have to go almost 24 hours without any water, as we can only shut the water off to the whole house. The operator we spoke with said she would try to see if she could get someone out here, but I am in great doubt that we are going to be able to get this fixed until tomorrow.

I won't be using this company again. They were professional, for the most part, while they were out here, although only the lead plumber wore a mask. The two workers he brought with him to help him did not. I'm disappointed that the work they did has leaked twice now, and that we are going to have to wait until tomorrow for repairs because they are too busy to help us today. We had 3 people here all day, so it cost a lot of money (more than the market value for the services we had done), and I expected better customer service and for the actual repairs to be better, considering the amount we spent. I didn't mind spending the money, because I thought the service would be high quality, but I won't make that mistake again.

Was early, explained everything as he went, price was reasonable and he was very professional! He even explained what we can do to maintain drain so we don't need to call him back out to fix it

Called Monday (12/7/2015) morning about main sewer line plugged / water backing up.. Had someone out in about 2 hours. Plumbers worked fast and got the job done.

TOTALLY DISSATISFIED….Very poor services and a waste of money. I paid them to do a job and they did not deliver, plus charged an astronomical price. DO NOT USE THEM…RIP OFF! RIP OFF!
