Replaced sump pump. Did an excellent job! Highly recommend!

Second time for Pipe Doctors. Troy is very pleasant to work with and did a great job. I would call them again.

Prompt. Professional. The first employee could not figure out the leak, and he called his partner who came to assist and they fixed it together. A month later, there were still some issues. I was scheduled for the same day, and since it was under warranty the work was completed at the same time (additional work/ Pipe cleaning). Without charging anything additional.
The only thing I would recommend is that the first time they provided their services, they did not run water in the bathtub long enough to figure out there was still a blockage. If this was done, they would not have had to come out a second time.
That said, I would recommend this company.

Had a few plumbers out to provide quote for a drain pipe backing up. Rooter Right was the only team to get it right and pin point the exact issue!! Fred took the time to really think through my problem to figure out the best way to resolve the situation. I felt very comfortable knowing he had more than a one-size fits all attitude as that would definitely not work to eliminate the water problem in my basement.

We had a water pipe burst in the early morning hours. My wife called and promised to fix it by the end of the day. They stayed in contact with us all day letting us know they would be coming out to help. Even after they worked a 16 hour day they showed up professional and happy! They fixed the problem quickly and restored our water in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a honest and professional plumber.
