Christmas Eve at 5pm is when I needed help. Every other phone call for service went to voicemail. Not Mr Schmeltz. He took my call and was here within a couple hours. I thought I was dealing with a high quality service company when they came out to look into a possible pipe leak. I have been waiting for a call back for over a month and everytime I call and speak to the front desk I am promised the quote for repairs and have yet to receive one. I am struggling to get the paid invoice for the service call. What a waste of my time.

The tech that came out was Matt and he was very professional and a great guy! I would recommend them to everyone that needs any plumbing work.
