Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Toledo OH

This company and people come in my house reck my sink drawer. The reck my crawl space opening found out The guy said he was the apprentice was actually the owner so is lying to me said he would come back and fix everything never did I had to hire a company to fix my drain And pay that company $300 this company is a rip off I would never use them again promises lies an expensive

We hired Naz to remodel our guest bathroom in our 1940s Old Orchard home. These old houses are built well, but require a lot of care when it comes to the remodeling process. Naz took care of our house like it was his own from day 1 and was a joy to have around throughout the process. It was important to us to make updates that fit in with the character of the home as well as the time period of the original build and Naz was very receptive to our ideas, would offer helpful ideas of his own, and executed everything flawlessly. He built us an entire new guest bathroom (from demo to floors, walls, tile work, new shower, installed new toilet, etc etc etc) and it is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. 5 stars but would give 6 stars if it was possible, and we'd love to hire Naz again for our main bathroom as well!

Christmas Eve at 5pm is when I needed help. Every other phone call for service went to voicemail. Not Mr Schmeltz. He took my call and was here within a couple hours. I cannot express how much he helped tonight. Lifesaver for our family. Pleasant, nice and honest man. He’s gained a customer for life.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

They did a fantastic job replacing my toilet - they came in reviewed the issue - we discussed a couple options - they went and purchased a replacement, installed, put the old one in my trash bin and broke it up and it was picked up with my regular trash. They cleaned up any mess/parts and I was back to working order in about 1 hour. I would hire them again in a second - I wouldn't even consider any other company. I am working with them to remove my tub and replace with walk in shower;

rory was incredibly professional as well as efficient and kind. he went above and beyond to ensure our problem was take care of. he is very much appreciated and we will only be calling roto rooter from now on.

From my initial phone call to the work being complete, this company was respectful and professional. They did great work and explained details as they worked. Highly recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

He was very nice. I was not well that day so I was unable to speak with him, but he was trying to show us on how to do it ourselves but I rather just pay him.

Called about old water heater having issues and they were able to stop by within just a couple hours. Both Corey and Jason were very friendly and professional while they were here. They were able to repair in just a few minutes and they were helpful/knowledgeable in talking about replacement options. Will definitely be using Ott Plumbing again when needed!

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered! My appointment was for 9 AM; it's now 4 PM and he still hasn't arrived. He will not answer his phone and will not call me back. He was recommended by Angi which leads me to question the reliability of their recommendations!
I took off from work to be here and he never showed up and never called. This affected my professional life as well as my personal life. This is an insulting, disrespectful and shameful business. He should be ashamed of himself for treating a customer in this manner.
This is a company that should not be in business.
