Christmas Eve at 5pm is when I needed help. Every other phone call for service went to voicemail. Not Mr Schmeltz. He took my call and was here within a couple hours. I cannot express how much he helped tonight. Lifesaver for our family. Pleasant, nice and honest man. He’s gained a customer for life.

On a Friday a technician came out to assess the job and get us a quote. He said we would have the quote Sunday or Monday. On Wednesday I called since I had not heard yet, and was told I would hear something soon as the tech was busy. I called again Friday as I still had not heard and was told I would be emailed the quote instead. On Monday I finally received a rather high quote. Wednesday I had a different company come out and had a quote before the tech left for half the price. Overall waste of time.

I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

Called the company for a free estimate. Customer service on the phone was great. HOWEVER, when the technician arrived for my estimate, he started to dig-up my yard without permission; never inspected our sewer main to determine the problem; yet quoted a price for cleaning out the blockage (causing our sewer drain to backup). Quoted price was $150 HIGHER than their competitors (who's customer service was as if not more personable). Technician did not represent his company well -- was rude, disrespectful, and had the appearance of a dirt-bag.

I cannot speak for T&J's quality of work. I was turned-off by their technician, and therefore cannot recommend the company.

Would highly suggest this company to anyone that's having plumbing issues,, they knew what they were doing! Ask for RTC & KTC awesome guys!

Great service

Technician didn't help at all. Claims he cleaned the burners and started it would not light. Had another service man come he actually cleaned out the pilot line and it worked fine.

Was early, explained everything as he went, price was reasonable and he was very professional! He even explained what we can do to maintain drain so we don't need to call him back out to fix it

Brian Bearringer was amazing, efficient and also funny! He needs a Raise for the hard work he does!!

My wife called to obtain a quote on installing a pump on a point well and fix a leaking sink. Rob did not advise of a service fee to provide a quote on installing a pump for a point well or the sink. Post assessment stated it was be $110.00 and he could not find the leak and provided a quote of $6-800 for the pump install. When I called to inquire on the cost breakdown the quote adjusted to $924. I asked about the service charge and it being customary to inform of any fees in advance, as we were surprised with the $110.00 initial charge. When asked about the service, Rob became audibly angry over the phone and said he did not need to deal with this and I could find someone else. I asked to speak with the manager Mark who was standing near by and asked if it was appropriate for Rob to speak to a customer in such a manner. Mark had no issue with the response. I will not use nor recommend Howard to anyone in the area.

They broke our pipe charged us for the clean out which they didnt do we had to call someone else to clean it out after my husband had to take off work and fix the pipe they broke so it cost us a ton more money and they refuse to refund us the clean out charge when they didnt even do the job it was still plugged up we called alexis sewer and drain

Have used them twice, both in emergent situations, and they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently! Great, reliable company!

I highly recommend E&K if you want professional work and respectful service. Great value. I had a chronic problem of my house drain backing up once a year and needed an outside cleanout to fix my problem long term. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the initial diagnosis. It is always important to address the root cause of the problem. Their price for the repair was fair and I feel a good value. The work was performed in one morning which I felt was quick based on how big of a job it is. The follow up after the repair was really great as well. E&K went above and beyond. I highly recommend and I will be using them again.

The plumber was very nice to work with. My call, them giving us an estimate, and replacing our water heater was all within 24 hours. They were a little pricey, but after calling 8 other plumbers, these guys were the only ones to actually come and seem like they wanted to do the work.
