Great business and they have very good prices.

I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

I called early morning and made an appointment, they said they would come out in a few hours... Never showed up nor called, didn't even returns my several calls to see what happened.... I have used their services on the past was satisfied. This time I was very disappointed.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Prompt. Professional. The first employee could not figure out the leak, and he called his partner who came to assist and they fixed it together. A month later, there were still some issues. I was scheduled for the same day, and since it was under warranty the work was completed at the same time (additional work/ Pipe cleaning). Without charging anything additional.
The only thing I would recommend is that the first time they provided their services, they did not run water in the bathtub long enough to figure out there was still a blockage. If this was done, they would not have had to come out a second time.
That said, I would recommend this company.

This company is out for your money. Our gas line in our house is leaking and the technician spent 5 minutes looking at our line and told us we needed a whole new line ran. The technician gave us an estimate of $1,800. The technician did not test the line or do any follow up work. Save your money and go with a different company.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I knew we had sewer problems when the toilet started overflowing with soapy water from the clothes washer. I called Able Master; they came at the appointed time (same day). What a dynamic duo. They quickly located the problem and cleaned both drains with skill and expertise. Fred even spent time in the crawl space to rule out additional problems. VERY reasonable rates; Extraordinary service. I'll be using them again and recommending them to anyone with sewer problems.

My wife called to obtain a quote on installing a pump on a point well and fix a leaking sink. Rob did not advise of a service fee to provide a quote on installing a pump for a point well or the sink. Post assessment stated it was be $110.00 and he could not find the leak and provided a quote of $6-800 for the pump install. When I called to inquire on the cost breakdown the quote adjusted to $924. I asked about the service charge and it being customary to inform of any fees in advance, as we were surprised with the $110.00 initial charge. When asked about the service, Rob became audibly angry over the phone and said he did not need to deal with this and I could find someone else. I asked to speak with the manager Mark who was standing near by and asked if it was appropriate for Rob to speak to a customer in such a manner. Mark had no issue with the response. I will not use nor recommend Howard to anyone in the area.

Called Monday (12/7/2015) morning about main sewer line plugged / water backing up.. Had someone out in about 2 hours. Plumbers worked fast and got the job done.

My repairman (Bill) was very polite, professional, and competent! Another reviewer said that her repairman wore an inappropriate shirt. Both times that Bill came to my house, he wore proper attire, which included a plain, dark t-shirt.
