Wonderful, prompt service. Josh and Joe called before they arrived, and were spot on with their arrival time. They surveyed the situation, fixed the problem, and the cost was amazing. We have found ourselves new plumbers. Their motto is Honesty and integrity is our first priority. Believe them - they're the real deal.

I would have liked to have given a better rating for this company. The technician was super nice and he came to my home the same day promptly. What should have tipped me off is that he tried to give me a quote for a new water heater right off the bat, without even looking at the water heater. I told him I thought it was the thermocouple.

The quote was really high but I was desperate for hot water. I totally get the $139 charge for after hours. Which I was glad to pay. He installs the new thermocouple,Tries to light it a couple times, but he realized the gas was still shut off. Turns on gas...Tries to light it again, thermal couple doesn’t stay lit, then says it’s the gas regulator, and that I might as well just get a new water heater because of the price to install a gas regulator. I asked what the charge would be because it took maybe tops 15 minutes to install. And furthermore, he didn’t even seem to troubleshoot it for that long.He said well technically I did the job it’s $439. (300 labor)And said that if I got a new water heater he would put some of that money towards a new water heater.
I just felt screwed over. I told him I’ll wait on the new water heater. It just felt fishy, I called Bluflame the next day, they came out, Looked at it did some adjustments, lit right up, he said it was not worth writing up and did not charge me for coming out. I would like a partial refund from Pipe Doctor.

I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

Edit to add response to owner: I understand that to DIAGNOSE is work performed, but like I said, I called around, and other companies were upfront with the amount of the service charge. If I had known it was $125, I would have went with a different company. A month later, I resolved the issue with a different company. Your technicians misdiagnosed the problem. Technicians from the other company really spent time trying to figure out the issue. It's frustrating to pay $125 for a diagnosis that wasn't anywhere near the problem.

They came out 4 days after being called for an outdoor spicket replacement. My non-plumber dad knew this was a 2 man job. Came out, only gave an estimate,left our front door open, then said we would have to wait 1 week for them to have a 2 man crew. Mind you, we have 2 small children in the household and have our water turned OFF due to the extreme leak.

They returned a week later, said we needed to call the city to turn off water. We already had the water to that spicket turned off. Had to wait 2-3 MORE weeks, still with NO WATER.

They fixed the spicket, left pipe in the yard for us to dispose of.

The only good thing from my experience was the price. Otherwise, I feel like everything else could have been handled much better. No reason we went nearly a month with no water due to an extreme leak from an outdoor spicket.

Great people, they were able to come the same day and they were very professional and they were able to get the job done quickly and the price is very fair.

Polite, professional, courteous service. Came to repair a toilet but needed to replace it. Gave us options. Efficient, left the bathroom clean. Would hire Ben Franklin again.

We are very satisfied with the service that was provided. He unclogged our tub and sink drain. The sink wasn't working properly for quite some time. We are so grateful for his expertise in fixing our plumbing fixtures and giving us advice on how to maintain our drains.

Plumber fixed leak and caused another that he tried to fix with some kind of liquid repair instead of finishing the job correctly. Now I have more of a problem
than ever. Not happy!
