Best Leaking Water Heater in Tampa FL

WARNING! This is a big scam! They gave us a bill for $455 for replacing a part in a faucet regulator. The labor cost was $270: 1 hour for work and 1 hour for travel. They were actually working for 30 min, the travel from the last destination per their GPS was - 45 min. In three phone conversations the office not even once mentioned the policy of travel charge, nor the hourly labor cost. Seeing the other people complaining about no communication of the policy and pricing, I consider it as a scam. They are well aware of their wrong doing and they continue to do so.

They are the best. Absolutely will use them again if needed. Paul was professional and knowledgeable and efficient. I had an outside shower that was failing and the bib hose was causing leakage into the house as well as a toilet that had a mind of its own...in about an hour it was all resolved. He gave me the best and worst case scenarios with fair pricing and thankfully it was the best case scenario and all is well. I will absolutely recommend them as well as only use them in the future.

Jared was fantastic. Came the day after I called and replaced my garbage disposal in under an hour. Also helped me install a bidet and unclog the drain as a courtesy! Awesome company with great service will be calling back if I have any plumbing needs!

I called in regarding my toilet and I explain that the water wouldn’t fill up tank. They sent out Tech William Vega and William was Professional from the beginning. I showed William the bathroom and he told me don’t worry I’ll fix it. That’s before he even looked at the problem, William fixed my toilet in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help and if you get Tech William Vega your in good hands.

I know I have hard water so fixtures are going to need to be replaced overtime. There’s nothing I can do about that passed. There’s nothing I can do about the hard water past adding a water softener and that’s next..
