Outstanding! Our AC went out on Saturday evening. A tech came out Sunday and by Monday morning we had a beautiful new AC installed. Extremely happy with the company and the hard working peeps they have.

All Purpose Plumbing went above and beyond helping us with several plumbing projects. John and Laura were professional, friendly and willing to work with our schedules. We will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

For the second time in the past 14 months Heat Relief was there with fast first class service. We called Heat Relief August 10th at about 1pm because our thermostat was cutting off. They sent a repair person that same day by 6pm. He assessed the problem and explained that our drip line which is under the slab in the garage was clogged and needed to be replaced. By 10am the next day they sent their service man, Daniel, to repair the problem and by 12:15pm the repair was complete. We can only thank Casey, Marcus, Daniel and the owner Mark for their outstanding service and fair pricing. This is the company that we will always use for any HVAC or plumbing. Well done.

We recently had a bathroom renovation completed by Bay Area Plumbing. The renovation included taking out the tub and expanding the shower. The work included plumbing, tile work, drywall work, painting, etc. Bay Area handled it all. Mike, the owner, scheduled the workers for each part of the job. All workers were skilled in their particular craft and did excellent work. And, everyone arrived when they were supposed to and on time! Mike came by or called almost every day to let us know the schedule for the day, etc. He closely followed the quality and progress of the work. Bay Area Plumbing, Mike, their employees and independent contractors all did an excellent job. Our new bathroom is beautiful, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Service was fast, efficient, and affordable. Eric, our serviceman, was polite and good at his job. Hopefully we won't need them again, but if we do we won't hesitate to call The Clean Plumbers!!

Called Alvarez plumbing out to my business. (Restaurant). We were having some drainage issues and a horrible sewer smell permeating from the sinks and drains. The came out the FIRST time and pulled out a couple things from drain that they said was the problem. Next day smell was still there. Called them, they came a SECOND time. They suggested a Smoke test, so I did it. So on their THIRD visit, they replaced the Air Admittance Valve that they said was the real problem. Over $1,000 in charges and only a month and a half later...smell is back. When I called them, they tried to charge me another $300 for another smoke test. I told them I would pass. They obviously don't guarantee their work and its easy to see why. They never even offered to come out to take a look at it again without charging. I know I'm going to have to call a plumber out, but I will NEVER give another penny to these shoddy crooks! My Advice if you're looking for a 'good' plumber...KEEP LOOKING! BTW, if anyone wants to contact me to verify, I have all my receipts to prove what I spent and how many times it took them to still get it wrong.
