Alex arrived to work on my air changer. He and was very polite and professional. He did a excellent job. I am totally satisfied with his work. He took his time to do quality work.He explained what he was going to do, took before and after pictures , answered my questions,Before he left He made sure I was pleased with the job he had done.

All Purpose Plumbing went above and beyond helping us with several plumbing projects. John and Laura were professional, friendly and willing to work with our schedules. We will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

We had a leak under the slab of the house- Michael M. detailed and discussed the project completely; the entire job was re-doing an entire downstairs (kitchen, bath, washer/dryer, hot water heater, main line in & outside hose attachment) - everything was done within time said - very great concern on our house, our time and the professionalism provided by Mike, all above expectations... Had a high water bill and had Everydayplumber came out to check out what was going on. Turns out it was only an intermittently running toilet. Got it fixed in no time. Always the first plumbers I call.

I've used this company several times over the last few years. The ONLY plumber I have ever truly felt comfortable with (having them in my home, trusting them to not take me to the cleaners, knowing they would fix the problem). They are always clean, respectful, courteous, and responsive. I highly, highly recommend them.

Tampa Plumbing Company provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. We had a significant leak in our kitchen and our tech David (who remembered us from prior service) showed up promptly and quickly fixed the leak. Great guy! Also, the price charged made me feel like a valued long time customer. Nothing but good things to say about this company!

I have used Alvarez plumbing twice. The first time was fine, they were responsive and I understood the pricing.

The second time was less straight forward. I was on out of town with zero cell service and only wifi calling. So I had to ask a friend to call for me and explain the issue. Alvarez was responsive but in the end the pricing felt way off. The toilet was clogged and they had to remove it to retrieve a credit card lodged in it. They charge me $526 for this service. It feels like because I was unable to speak with them directly and help manage the problem, they just charged whatever they wanted.

Pulling a toilet is not that hard. I personally install that toilet myself 6 month earlier. It take about 30 minutes from beginning to end. If I had not been out of town and service, I would have done the job myself.

I called Alvarez 4 times asking that someone itemize my bill and explain why it is $526. I want to understand, not feel gross about paying this bill and keep Alvarez as my go to plumber. No one has ever called me back. I just paid the bill, I feel scammed and I will not be using them again.

7/20/23 Review Modification...

After posting my above review, the plumbing service manager, James, reached out to me directly. He was shocked to hear that I had requested to talk to him about my bill multiple times and was never put in contact. He listened to my concerns and gave me a breakdown of my bill. Once that was achieved, it was easy to see there was work done that I did not approve/authorized. The company was being more proactive than I'd wanted. As a result, James removed the part of the charge that was in dispute and I was satisfied. The remain cost for the service provided so quickly, was fair.

Moving forward, I am giving Alvarez Plumbing the benefit of doubt. They are responsive when you need them and the work they have done was done well. Though I hope to not have anymore plumbing emergencies, if/when I do I will call Alvarez again. Thank you James and the whole team.
