Great service! They repaired everything on the list I provided to them. I am not local to the area so I couldn't meet or check on the everything. However they sent me photos and walked me through it. Also told them the tenant wouldn't move in til later in the month and they extended the warranty to ensure it will work properly. The only problem we had was having to reschedule a few times due to their personal emergencies. But we all have that when it comes to family/health. Fortunately they continued to call and reschedule in advance. I would use them again if I had any plumbing issues.

In addition to normal plumbing over a few years, most recently Mike and his team installed a Flo by Moen system to control water flow in the event of a leak. Mike was here himself and was great in merging the mechanical side of plumbing with the artificial intelligence based system, connecting my device to Moen's server and not leaving until all was running right. Thanks Mike. You made me and my insurance company very happy.

Great Plumbing company. We had our hot water heater burst in the middle of the night and flood our kitchen. They answered the phone at 1 am and were out in about 45 minutes to shut off the heater. They then showed up early the next day to remove the old heater and replaced it with a new one. After drying out my kitchen and dining area, they then were able to give me a quote to resurface my floors and install new wood trim throughout my dining room.
I would certainly use this company again. They were not only life savers, but very friendly and professional.

As a home inspector it is my job to spot out any plumbing issue for any home owner before purchasing a home. The only plumbing company that I recommend people for any plumbing repair are the guys here at Tampa Plumbers very professional and affordable

Great service!!

They guaranteed me that they would be at my house and make all necessary repairs today. After calling every few hours and being told that they were coming at 5:30PM I get a call from the Technician who said he needs to come out the next day. Having a customer wait all day and then no show is ridiculous. Their lack of professionalism and showing up makes them a terrible company.

edit: 7/11/2022 - I spoke to Paul who was very apologetic for the situation. They have agreed to resolve things going forward and gave me a direct number to call in the future. Doesn't resolve the issue we had, but certainly lets me know that they wanted to acknowledge and take care of any issues I had.

David DeLorezo...timely, knowledgeable and efficient. He immediately diagnosed the issue, fixed it and reassured us all was in good order! And, that's why we always call Alvarez for our plumbing and AC issues! Thank you for being available on a minute's notice and on weekends!

I gave Roto-Rooter a call this morning.. kind of last minute and they had someone out here within an hour's time. They were very pleasant and professional and they included me in everything that they were doing. I learned quite a bit today. They left everything nice and clean. I felt completely relaxed and at ease with them being here. It felt like I had known them my whole life. They took care of my problem and they were off to their next job. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for all your plumbing needs.

Adrian and Gulfshore Plumbers were east to work with, and able to do my project in a timely manner. They communicated the scope of effort and followed through after the job was completed. It has only been a few days, but the problem seems to have been taken care of.
