Excellent plumbing is an amazing company. Unfortunately I’ve had to have a plumber come out a few times. They are always on time, always fix the problem and I do believe that there rates are very reasonable!!! I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!!! This is the second time we have used sewer studs. They are now our go to for plumbing due to the thoroughness, care and complete satisfaction of their work. This time was a re-pipe of our kitchen drain to the septic tank. Instead of trenching through the house they very neatly repiped inside to outside the easiest way possible and went to the septic tank outside instead of inside. Therefore was much less of a disaster and expense as we only have to fix the outside!!! Thanks so much Sewer Studs, you are the best at what you do. The last job was re-piping the shower drain which was just as smooth !!!

All of the members of the company y were very professional in their handling of our plumbing issue and documentation. Nathan L., Nathan B., Jeremy, and Tim all were friendly, courteus, and knowledgeable in resolving any problems we had as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Horrible service and experience. They came out and quoted us $600. The plumber didn't know what he was doing and cross-threaded the valve. Then he took our existing shower faucet and left me with a leaky tub, with no faucet head....I could only use my shower by turning it on with with vice grips (Which put out Cold water only)... The next day, I had a different plumbing company come out and fix it in less then 20 minutes and only charged us $170 bucks. I called the Clean Plumbers company and requested they come and install my old faucet head, that way i could at least have something to turn my faucet on with, but they said they threw it in the trash....These guys not only broke my old faucet and made the leak even worse, and attempted to over charge me,and then basically stole my old faucet head and threw it in the trash. I was recommended Alvarez by my neighbor,and let me just say WOW. After a TERRIBLE experience with Brandon Plumbing, I was very nervous about having another plumber come into the house. Barry was the plumber that arrived and he was SO professional and thorough. We had issues with our kitchen sink backing up, which led to water spewing out of the drain pipe behind our washing machine in our laundry room if we ran the garbage disposal.Barry came and assessed the situation, gave us a fair quote,and completely fixed the issue within 2 hours. Not only did he do that,but he made note of some things that had been done incorrectly when our dishwasher was installed (by Brandon plumbing) and stated he couldn't just see it as a plumber and leave it the way it was, so he fixed those issues as well. I could not be more impressed and grateful to have such an honest company with dedicated workers come to my home. I will forever use Alvarez,they are awesome! I highly recommend them!

We had our home repiped because of a slab leak. Our home is 1958 so the existing plumbing lines were on borrowed time, instead of having our floor busted up and deal with future leaks from old plumbing lines we had Landmark replace all piping, not an easy job on an older, block, flat roof home. Jason the owner, Nico & Sokol did an excellent job. Nico work days in our shallow roof and insulate all the lines. The City Of Clearwater plumbing inspector continued to comment on the excellent, thorough workmanship performed to complete the job. So yes, we highly recommend this company. Victoria
