Called Larsen's this morning and they had a tech out the same afternoon. The tech's were wonderful, very neat and polite. I had called and talked to the owner about getting a job done. Off the cuff he threw a number at me. I was ok with it. But the quote I was emailed was a larger number. We spoke about it and came to a number. That was fine.

They showed up earlier than expected and when I saw the work they put into it, I called to tell him I would gladly pay the extra amount that I had initially debated because I saw what they had to do.

They're professionals, they don't take shortcuts, they do, and they're good guys. They were also still the best deal in town. I'd post pictures but they put the toilet back on even though I said I'd do it myself.

I was scheduled between five and seven but I was told something more important came up and they decided to cancel my appointment and called the wrong number. I had given a new number for this appointment, but they claimed to have called a different number that was on file. Either way this is the second time they’ve had to reschedule. They can’t ever seem to keep an appointment. So here I sat for two hours waiting for someone who was never coming to begin with!!! If I didn’t have a 30 day warranty I would never use these people again!! If I had the option of zero stars that’s what they would be given

Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

I had a kitchen sink clog that I’d throw everything at—gallons and gallons of drain gel, baking soda and vinegar, 25 foot snake (I think the clog was 22 ish feet deep), dish soap and boiling water, plunging it. Nothing worked. I chose this company because the reviews were great and it seemed like Charles was the only plumber which meant I knew who was going to come out. Charles was the person who answered my call, he said he had one house to service before mine and he’d come later that same day. He felt like he knew exactly what he was doing, and he fixed the clog on the first attempt. He explained what he did and how to prevent it in the future. Pricing felt fair and accurate. 10/10 recommend.

The guys were professional and courteous. They double checked their work ensuring it was of top quality. A little expense compared to others, but the service and professionalism made up for it. We will use them again.
