As far as residential is concerned, look elsewhere. After their work we had 3 gas leaks, clogged sewage, tub that separated from floor (was never even used) and the surcharge on supplies was outrageous.

I hired relief services to come out and pump my septic when I couldn’t get anyone to come out and pump it in the same day but relief services made it happen for me thank you!
Also they sent out Micheal James to pump it. I would say relief services is very lucky to have Micheal James on their team. He pumped the septic and made sure the entire system was properly draining in the septic like it’s supposed to thank you Micheal!

I had a great experience with Greg and John. They arrived on time, were professional, and took great care to make sure that the problem was fixed and we were happy with the outcome. I am so glad that I called them to help clear a clog in my kitchen sink. We hadn’t been able to run our washer in a LONG time and now we are able to do so without worrying about sewage coming up in the kitchen sink. Llona installed a hot water heater in 2018 and did a great job. Today Roger completed a trouble shoot of the garbage disposal and determined it needed to be replaced. Roger provided a much appreciated option to purchase a disposal at Home Depot and he could return to install it. Ultimately the price he quoted to provide and install a quality disposal on the spot was very reasonable and our preferred option. Roger and his assistant were very efficient, friendly, and professional. We would definitely recommend Roger and Llona Plumbing and will call Llona again for any future plumbing need.

Josh came out to my home for a toilet installation. Not only did he do it incredibly quick and it looks great, but he also helped me with a stuck shower faucet and gave advice on water softeners knowing I was looking into one. He went above and beyond his set obligations. Will definitely use flow pros from here on out.
