I was recommended Alvarez by my neighbor,and let me just say WOW. After a TERRIBLE experience with Brandon Plumbing, I was very nervous about having another plumber come into the house. Barry was the plumber that arrived and he was SO professional and thorough. We had issues with our kitchen sink backing up, which led to water spewing out of the drain pipe behind our washing machine in our laundry room if we ran the garbage disposal.Barry came and assessed the situation, gave us a fair quote,and completely fixed the issue within 2 hours. Not only did he do that,but he made note of some things that had been done incorrectly when our dishwasher was installed (by Brandon plumbing) and stated he couldn't just see it as a plumber and leave it the way it was, so he fixed those issues as well. I could not be more impressed and grateful to have such an honest company with dedicated workers come to my home. I will forever use Alvarez,they are awesome! I highly recommend them!

We needed a to replace a 10 year old hot water heater. Jared (the company owner) called me back right away and helped us make a good decision on the type of tank to purchase based on the space we have available. Jared sent quotes on our different options within an hour. The new tank was installed today and it works (and fits in the space) perfectly!

My daughter was having a problem replacing a cartridge in the valve to the handle that turns on water to the shower. She was told by a plumber that it was unfixable and she would need a new valve installed. The estimate was $1,300. Joey with Gulfshore Plumbers came to give a free estimate. Within a minute he inserted the cartridge correctly , replaced the handle and all was good. He refused to charge for this. Not only had he saved my daughter $1,300, but would not be compensated for doing so. Joey and Gulfshore Plumbers were a rare find and will always be our family's go to plumbers! Honesty and integrity define them!

We found our water heater leaking at our vacation rental the morning a new tenant was to move in later that day. Our regular plumber was unavailable but recommended Tampa Bay Plumbing. I am so grateful he did. They responded right away and arrived a few hours later. Robbie did an outstanding job for us. He was professional, friendly and considerate. The job was complete in plenty of time for us to welcome the new tenant.

Replacement of existing water softener with new Westinghouse unit. Cost was reasonable; time to install was less than three hours; technicians arrived on-time and were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. More than happy with this installation.
