Always trying to upsell on times

Terrible experience. The plumber kept complaining that he was paid by the hour and not on commission, so it wasn't in his interest to find and fix the issues!He even told us to just change to the thinnest toilet paper to resolve one of the issues with flushing. Then later sneaked out without discussing anything or to let us know he wasn't going to address the problems - and nearly ran me over backing out his van so he didn't have to stay and talk to me.I would love to know the full details of their relationship with the home warranty companies.

David was great! He was professional, very knowledgeable and SO nice! He got the work done expeditiously and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. We are very appreciative!
