I highyly recommend this cpmpany. Tony was very professional and accomodating with my schedule. He was on time and friendly. He did diagnosis and determined he had repair part and was able to quickly repair problem. He cleaned up behind himself and made himself available if future problem occurs with this toilet system.

Dependable company and great work done

MVP was subcontracted to do my whole house repiping. Chris and his team are very professional and gets the job done and works quickly. They repiped from the meter up through attic and down into lines throughout the house. They got this done in 2 days. Got it ready for county inspection, any issues that arose Chris just handled it quickly and professionally. Probably one of the best face to face companies I have ever worked with. Having a home cut open especially a just bought and redone home is unnerving to say the least they made it less stressful and never made me uncomfortable being here all day in my personal space and was friendly to my old dog.
I would 5 stars recommend or use them for future plumbing on other properties.

The A-Team came to my rescue. What started with a brand new water heater installation, turned out to be a broken hot water pipe under my foundation as the major culprit. I chose NOT to break my terrazzo floor to fix the one leak, and opted the get my home re-piped. It was due as I have an older home. I also got a brand new water filtering/softening system as I have well water. The team did it in 2 days, with minimal wall damage. Amazing! Kudos to Alain for getting into my tight attic and getting the job done. Thank you to the team of Roberto, Leroy, Alain, Klu and JC and Mr. Maurice who paid a visit to see the work (unfortunately, I was out, but my hubby got to say 'hello'). Great work guys. My thanks. I now have GREAT water!!!

Satisfied customer here! Such a wonderful staff! Megan, who took my service call was exceptionally helpful and courteous on the phone. Chris, the technician who helped unclog our toilet/shower was professional and tidy. He fixed it in no time and used the camera to help find where the issue was. He even went outside and flagged our yard to show my husband where our pipes were. We will definitely be using them in the future for any and all plumbing issues!

Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

We just moved to Tampa from South Florida and someone gave us Tampa Bay Plumbing's contact info. I called on a Monday afternoon for a non emergency service call and they were here the next morning. There were 2 people on the call and they got both jobs done in good time and they were both very nice and professional. For a next day call and the work they did, pricing was very good.

Mark M came to do our maintenance today and was quite the nice young man. Very professional and respectful and a pleasure to have a nice chat with. He went over my system thoroughly and explained in detail things to watch out for and keep an eye on. He didn't mind one bit when I ran back out to his truck twice with questions that my wife had. He even came back into the house to explain what she was asking about and ease her concerns. After having a Trane installed by AirMasters TWICE and having issues two months later, I was done. They did not value my time or opinions. I contacted several other AC companies including Red Cap, they thought out of the box, were on time, considerate, and even followed up to ensure everything was working great! It still is! Further, they took the time to determine the problem with the Trane - two different pieces had been installed - the compressor/motor on the roof was not the same as the handler in the house. They wouldn't communicate because they couldn't! Red Cap - Jess Tindal, sales, and their techs - Jose and Manny were fantastic! I highly recommend each of these people! One final note - AirMasters sent techs to remove their system - they refused to pay for the crane and therefore used the crane I was paying for (AGAIN) AND they did no work except carry one panel downstairs. They had the audacity to ask Red Cap to handle with care. Red Cap and it's team are the epitome of professionalism especially compared to the backdrop of the incredibly poor service and response from AirMasters and Trane.

Called late in the day with an AC problem and expected it to be a next day thing, but had a Tech. out within the hour. Both Carlos and Brian were professional and easy to get along with. Will use again if needed in the future. Thanks for your help!
